There is no comparison to Satish Shah AT ALL

Unfortuenately Sunil has not imprssed me much with his blue and silver rope kara on his wrist much like Sallu

He hasnt!

I have liked him here and there, for ex, just before the chori chori song, outside Khank's room.

Some isntances with his dry humor towards Madz

But no compare to Satish at all!

You know who was even better than Satish Shah? a guy called Shafi Inamdar

He used to appear with Paresh Rawal's wife Swarup Sampath in a DD sitcom two decades ago, when you were not even born I think.

Shafi passed away suddenly a decade ago I believe😭

Swaroop Sampath happens to be the most gorgeous female face on TV, next only to Gauri Pradhan

Swarup and Shafi had chemistry even better than KT and YM

thats the truth!

I cant for the life of me recall the name of that show!

am not discussing as I did not see the episode.....was just reading last 2 pages of CC when I read this post and remembered teh Golden DD times.........

I said .....Sunil is not a patch on Satish....!! And that Satish is sumthing else....That guy is a class apart...

Shafi inamdaar?? That Shriman Srimati wala guy???😕 I have heard the name....face not sure...I googled....Uski ek bhi pic nahi mili.....

Even Ashok Saraf was good re...I wonder where he vanished after Hum Panch......He was the life of Hum Panch....Along with Bhairavi Raichura(nice to see her on 2 prominent shows on tv) and Priya Tendulkar....These 3 rocked Hum Paanch !

read your discussion..........and i had already written in my epi analysis for yesterday epi that plzzz don't carry on with this preggy Shaan show for another day but I think they got carried away with the positive reviews !!

I think because we have seen shows like 'Yeh joh hai Zindagi"............"Waagle ki duniya"..............and likes of "Kacchi dhoop" the amol palekar one..........and many more........
we know it is not too much to ask for quality

Paresh Rawal does loads of theatre now...especially reallly good gujrati and hindi theatre...like classy stuff ...

Shafi Inamdar passed away

Satish Shah is a genius and there shall never be another born...at least no next generation

Sunil...or the guy who plays Sunil IMO is a fantastic actor...cannot compare him to Shah of course BUT very very good....

To be very honest with you....shows such as yeh jo hai zindagee were actually quite slapstick for that generation and frankly RBO in todays time is sort of emulating it...the reason we are not able to take it is becos RBO did not start that way....

Sarabai is the only only show that comes closest to subtle comedy ever....
