Topic of re-marriage dealt with very realistically on both sides-the parents POV and the girl's

Want to read more of the turbulence of emotions within Khanak as she tries to accept the fact that Suraj is fast becoming a memory while Shaan is the present and future!

LOVED the line about her trying to erase the image of the man with her image in his eyes-very soulful!

Love how they

Fight, argue, smile

Randomly think about each other

Have their moods be dictated by the others actions

Assume that they both are right

Have a sense of ownership about the other

part 12: some really nice sections in this part ... which I cannot get out of my head ...

As he continued to talk she is suddenly struck by a mental image of a man standing inches away from her and she sees her image in his eyes!!!!!😳😳

Khanak: Hello (she hasn't saved his number so she has no clue its him)

Shaan: Shouldn't you be at work? (angry)

Khanak: Why would you assume I am not?

Shaan: WHERE are you then?

Khanak: In a Goan beach sipping strawberry daiquiri! (ticked)

Shaan: In that case, what are you wearing? (involuntarily his voice becomes husky)

Silence! While one imagines the other on a beach, and while the other tries to destruct that mental image.

She is wearing a offwhite chikan suit with a red jaipuri dupatta that is sewn with shells and beads on the trim. She is wearing a dozen or so silver bangles in her right hand. He is in and out of the meeting that morning. He is wearing blue jeans and a red and offwhite check shirt.

The first time he opened that conf room door that morning and saw her "silver bangled" hand on the keyboard his heart had done a quick happy dance. He was not going to SHOW it tho. Not until she gave him hints that she had missed seeing him yesterday. Or never............ in this case as she would never admit to such a thing.

Shaan: A little voice in my head tells me you love to provoke me (looking at her deeply)

Khanak: Then that voice probably needs therapy (her eyes are stormy for some reason)
