@SYS: yes, there could have been so much to show,,,, with these two characters...sadly that was not the case...

@Ad and Vaishu...frankly I have no problem generally with them adapting the swades movie even tho it was one of my fav movies, notwithstanding the fact it was the only SRK movie I loved...however, I have always said this treatment is everything....I really wonder if they will get it right...I mean its a tall order...

a. get Shaan to open the mill while his dad and mom become caricatures thanks to a dhulwaadi hangover

b. Get Khanak to teach in a school after she has said lets go back...and this track apparently wraps up this week so what she will only teach until D is for dhulwaadi?

c. Anand needs to help them and also die

d. Shaan needs to repent for not trusting Khanak and Rahul needs to be punished..yet Rahul will get to romance - push and pull another woman...

e. Mangal right now is the only consistent character in the show...because he has arrived straight from Golden RBO...has not been blemished by Rock On....

@ all: im not sure if someone mentioned this already because I haven't read this place in a while...time consuming or as Yumna called me Kamchor, which i'm not!😆 But are they really in a real setting like a real gaon or is it a set-up? because I have a theory of why rushing through it.

So I went back and read but i'll just butt in like Yumna...

someone has been wondering why the CVs deliberating skipping the whole infidelity issue and even with Khanak's dialogue it seemed that even she is leaving it, which like aditee said she said only out of fear due to mangal, which is a valid initial reaction when ur husband tells u that he is going to fight against someone like mangal. in my opinion and I could be wrong but i think the reason they didn't directly jump into that issue yet is because they are trying to bring a change in Shaan as a husband first, make him grow up which we have been asking for a while now. so I think they will make him show that he realize everything after he realize being a responsible adult and then we will see the whole dealing with infidelity issue. if they do go back to mumbai i want khanak to live in a separate room.

neways with that said even im outraged on the whole issue tho but that is my reasoning on why they skipped it for now and will come back later...

neways as for the track following movies...well even the original is not really original one...i mean the main idea of a poor girl falling for a guy like him is not new...but yes the whole original concept of marrying a widow is def. new...but isn't there a movie that tried that?

@SYS,.,.the fact that dhulwaadi might be last track before curtain call was something I had raised when the damn thing started and faltered big time

@Aditee...agar blue hone se raha///THEN why HAVE RAUL ON THE SHOW,...??? was my queschen...... what is Rahul doing in the show...I mean if the CVS have got rid of 2/3rd of the SUCK BRIGADE...what is the final part doing here???

@Rooji....I have huge issues with the fact that they are not dealing with the 'trust' factor at all...if thats the case....get Rahul to leave...because everytime they show him....like my friend Gaayu says,,,it reminds us of the MMS and the whole issue of Shaan mistreating Khanak and Rahul getting away scot free

...I like the sleeping on Hay thing its very romantic...creates a nice illusion of rustic romance...

was hoping that the damn trailer thing had left...i mean its the thing that Rahul gifts and its in that very thing that Khanak tells Shaan that lets go home...W*H???

Hey Aditi....

Wanted to comment on 3 things before I go further on my CC post-reading spree😆

1) The whole 'inspiration' thing.....deffo noteworthy......being actually inspired by a concept and weaving it into the narrative is applauseworthy, but for a product as original and as promising as RBO, this aspect needs to be better thought out!!.....case in point.....the current Swades track....only wish the whole transformation of the carefree Shaan to the insightful Shaan would have been better spaced-out; even his expressions on giving away the samosas to the children was only of delight followed by realisation of his sense of hunger....and the very next epi has him mouthing lines like "meri toh bhook hi mar gayi!!!"

2) JVM is one of my all time fav 'love stories' too!!!😊 Kareena's OTTness completely internalised (seems to be my favorite word these days!😉) and absolutely fluid, and Shahid's calm demanor....the perfect foil to Kareena's madness!!

3) KTs post-proposal debacle confrontation scene.....definitely features in my TOP 3 Shaan scenes of RBO...the whole intense, angry, jilted lover thing.....what poise....what restraint....what a mature performance to put it simply!!!👏 Yashu, I thought, was actually very good in this sequence...the whole tremble in her voice thing....classic!!! In fact her emoting complimented his histrionics quite brilliantly!! She goofed up though big-time in her monologue in the post-proposal kitchen sequence....very superficially done, that!!! Since we're discussing KTs intense avatar, would like to mention a scene which brings out his intense yet vulnerable facet brilliantly well.....the recent poolside sequence with Khanak during the Sunny track which, IMO, is his best thus far!!! There are some moments of absolute brilliance in that sequence.....moments that he will be proud to grow old with!!!⭐️👏⭐️👏

chup be...making fun of me???😆...see the fact of the matter is I am very happy that there is a storyline finally...but there is a tall order to go with that storyline....

TREATMENT shall be key to everlasting enjoyment....can this track make us want to go back and watch the scenes again and again....like Golden RBO? Ummmm.....the jury is out on that...lets wait and watch

I think the MMS looming over us can only be solved by Bobbitting Rahul
