I remember there was a post that wooster had made about another Dhulwadi track, I've always loved those kind of tracks.There was a telugu movie in which a city richie falls in love with a village girl but his mom insults her, so when the guy goes to the village to get his girl back..her brother makes him work. He tells the lover that he has to prove himself first, so he makes him work in the fields, live like the villagers lived, etc.

I would LLOOOOVEEEEE to see that in RBO. It will show Shantanu realizing what kind of a life Khanak had, what life Suraj had(while he was working to pay for his family), they can show a little bit of comedy..AND the most important thing, it will be part of the initial storyline. The show will once again be what it is supposed to be.

I really like this idea, but not sure how many viewers will like Shaan in a dhoti for months.

He is city bred and may not fit into the village setting, unless he is asked to wear his jeans and drive those gas guzzling SUVs around...........

But the underlying theme is very interesting, I hope we get to see Shaan go back to Dhulwadi and reconnect, sort out the haveli and other issues with Khanak

I think its fantastic

He does not have to wear a dhoti. Clothing doesn't need any changes, the point is to change his personality a bit. His character can go through major changes with this and still be able to maintain his typical budthal-ness.😃 He can even wear shorts if he wishes! it is afterall burning in the village. I'm sure Khanak won't mind him in aadhe kapre.😆
Suraj worked in their factory..Shaan should do the same. Dhulwadi was all sand, so it wouldn't make sense if they make him farm..so factory is the other option.

aditee, did swapnaji mention a baby in her message! Oh god not now! I missed that message yaar! Wht on earth are they upto NO WAY not now! oh and i love the idea of shan getting annoyed with khanak's connection with Rahul (on god's knows wht level this will be...perhaps to get to the root of the gang's problem,or maybe as a confidante to help patch him up with sam...just making guesses) !

I have been a champion of NO SHANAK BABY for a long time now 😉 so I am with you in that perspective

But you never know what the compulsions are of desi prime time TV

But I hope that the CV's will consider our compulsions yaar..lol! we want them to grow as a couple first ! From this childish pair to real hubby and wife! Hai nah? So perhaps they will see that we viewers are not ready for a baby(even if biologically shanak are! LOL!) I dont BELIEVE I actually wrote that!
