I'd love to see a new guy's entry for Natasha.. She should mimic Salman Khan and let go of Shaan once she realizes how much both him and Khanak love one another and then I want a new entry to come into the show to move heaven and earth to make Natasha fall in love with him and give love a second chance.. It'd be awesome to see two such stories running parallel to one another IMO.

Btw, I wanted to ask u guys... I remember that Khanak was going to leave Shaan's house the night after they arrived back at his place. But then the next day she decided that she'd stay there and apparently, it was because of Natasha's dad's visit. I don't know what were the specifics of their conversation so would love to get an overview of it 😛 ~

Cheers,
Sana~

Rohan is a dude that Natties dad selected for her .... and has insisted a couple of times after Shaans wedding to go meet him and move on.

The night that Khanak was going to leave.. Natties dad comes and says he has paperwork for Suraj's home and he will evacuate them if she leaves.. he says they will live in that home as long as she lives in the K home. So hence she is forced to stay for Suraj's parents.

@ the parallel stories..
yes i would love that too...specially the aspects of Shaan.. i think with Shaan it was a college sweetheart as you may say.. so like you said he didn't know any better.. Khanak got a different side of him out that he didnt' know he had and now has gotten to love and loves Khanak too..

btw.. iP4 .... i want too! :D but mine is fairly new.. so can't demand that :D

@ All: Have you guys noticed the I-F Chaska Meter Ratings and the top 3 shows as per I-F ratings? Its none other than Star One shows *lol*. Not only this but if u notice the ratings for the T.V celebs, u'd see that the top ones are the lead actors from the same top 3 leading shows as per I-F ratings. Basically, what I'm trying to say is that Star One prides itself in attracting the younger audience via its shows and uses all sorts of methods and tricks in the trade to bank on ratings by doing so. Although the TAM ratings do not reflect this, we all still know how popular people like Karan Grover Singh, Shilpa Anand, Gurmeet Singh, Drishti, Karan Wahi, Arjun, etc have become because of these shows. Displaying the physical assets of its actors' is but a usual tactic for them and using bollywood songs to capitalize on it is yet another tool to lure the youth towards its shows. Like someone mentioned before (and my apologies for not remembering the name here) but its indeed a pity that acting takes a back seat in the very medium that's supposed to emphasize on it and the physical attributes and looks of actors take priority over their acting skills to evaluate their effectiveness and popularity overall. Karan Tacker, for instance, is a good actor and has improved tons from his first show but his looks and body continue to be "used" as the luring tool by the channel in the name of ratings rather than his acting. Acting & Story should take precedence and other things should be used as accessories to it than the other way around. Just my opinion 😳 ~

@Krishan..
LMAOO @ teens comment..
honestly.. i have ohhed and aaahed over such situations/scenes.. love it for the time.. but when it came to a point in the show that i realized.... dude this is like routine.. then it is not that fun or thrilling... it just feels like the essence of A SHOW is gone.. and they are creating fillers to make the audience woooo for one epi... then they are set for the next whole week of rubbish!! This is pure experience taking.. and i have loved those episodes.. i am not ashamed to say... .. but i guess i am over it now.. :P .. bring me RBO!! :)

@Sareeta..
Yeppp Yash is a teen herself.. LMAO!!

Bang on.. and you know what.. they can't do a diddly squat about it.... they have to do it because the channel request/ orders them to!

Agree with all about developing Nattie's character, against the usual grain, and show her more complicated... and love Sana's idea of 2 parallel stories... This Rohan could help her get out of her obsession with Shaan and eventually fall for her himself... and then take Shaan's help to make Nattie realise that Rohan is the guy for her... would be fun.

Also agree that teens can have all the shows they want on Star One except RBO:)

Don't know if I said this already but I read somewhere that Star One did detailed research of its audience, and they were surprised to find that the audience consisted of people from 18-35, and not 18-25 as they imagined! Made me feel better 'cos I am on the higher side u see😆 At least I am not watching something I shldn't😆 RBO will attract the 20+ crowd I think... and if there r people here who r not yet 20+ but like it for its storyline, well then, u r very mature and sensible and u must be proud of urself😊

This towel thing is to attract the 18+ audience.. don't know how far they will succeed. Bcos once they come in, they r going to demand change to the storyline. And in the long rnun, it's not good for the show... so if i were working for Beyond Dreams or for Swapna ji as an asst director, I would tell them to stick to their guns and keep going as they have done so far... it wil pay off eventually...

But then, with another show I followed, all the audience's pleas have fallen off deaf ears and the PH and channel have shredded the story to bits, to stay in the race... so who knows...

Veeni - I meant Khanak not Yashashri.. Sorry, I ought to have been more clear.. I meant to say it is about a girl in her teens who sees so much and yet instead the teens who watch connect with the 'buff' (what ever freaking hell that means... the lingo kids use these days! - what ever happened to good English) image of their favorite actor!

It sure does... CVs please stick to the story line and do not sway you have a good audience strength and it will grow , just dont get desperate ever and give into the demands of youngsters who cannot even comprehend the seriousness of this concept!
