wow lovely topic cool purvi, there are stories where ppl in those days enter fire doing tap n all, they are blessed by these powers so theres no harm if sitaji been asked to enter fire.They live with God see Indraji helped her with pious kheer. Sitaji was the one who booned Hanumanji to be AJAR AMAR and Ramjis long lasting fvt in Ashok vatika.

Ravan did touched real Sita. But a women doesn't get impure by touching. Valmiki wanted to show Sita's strength that though she was abducted, terrorized yet she remined firm in her dharma. Ravan tried to bait her with so many things yet she remained firm in her pativrat dharma. Any women can face such situation that Sitaji faced n in such condition she is our ideal

i don't belive in chhaya sita concept

if the thruth was that ravan abducted chayya sita and not real sita then the purpose of agni parikchha was totaly different. the things to be pointed is

--> if sitaji was not a real one then the purpose of agniparikchha is not to show her purity but to get real sita back. if ram had done this then there is no need to doing this in public. he would have got her back without these public showing. if he had done this this this may be interpreted as deceving ppl. ram had already announced abt parikchha and he was deceiving his ppl 😕. i don't beleive ram had done this.

--> ram has come on this earth 2 teach humanity a lesson. he can teach a lesson by real suffering. if there was really a chhaya sita then how could he suffer being known of the fact that his wife was safe in the hand of agnidev

--> what was about curse given to vishnu that he would suffer 4 patni-viyog( parting 4rm wife) by narad. had vishnuji decieved naradji too

--> what is the need of parikha itself if the sita was not real 😕

totally agree wid u. if one who was abducted was Chhaya sita n Ram knew everthing abt her abduction then for whom he lamented so much till the end of Yudda Kand. Was his bewailing for Sita was only a Naatak. It was real sita no chhaya Sita. Real sita was abducted n she bravely faced Ravan. Ram-Sita r our ideal

ram was maryada purshotam he could not do all these nautanki. besides sita ji was considered a brave lady which she had proved in lanka and valmiki aashram being away from ram 😭 😭

they are our ideal and they cannot do these nautanki.

ravan got curse that he would be detroyed if he molest any lady not 4 touching. sita fight 4 ravan was real. how can i beleve that sita was there safe and in luxury with agnidev when ram was fighting and suffering deceving the whole world????

Agreed Ramji wanted the people to know that Sitaji was pious. but people of Ayodhya and all others still didn't believe that she is pure! Ultimately she had to give away her life so that this debate ends. In the old Ramayan , it was said by many characters and Sitaji herself that women have no respect in this world. Kaushalya scolded Ram once. She said to him that it was unfair to take her agni pareeksha bec. if Ram had faith in Sita tht she was pure then there was no need of agni pareeksha and if he had no faith then any number of agni pareeksha's were useless. If Ramji was a King and he had right to ask for agni pareeksha then why is it told time and again that he had full faith in Sita but he did it for "his praja" . I wanna ask , as a King it was his duty to do nyaya. the right thing. if Sita was amongst his praja how cud he do wrong with her KNOWING that she is pure!

Whether there is agni pareeksha or no agni pareeksha, women will never be trusted. in those times, Sitaji gave agni pareeksha but in today's times how can a woman prove that she is pious? the point is tht in any yug, women folk were never respected. If Ravan kidnapped Sita, what was her fault in it? Ramji could not protect her & she could not protect herself. She was a helpless lady.
