Bharat ..a step higher than lord Ram

Hi i am fortune cookie......from Ramayan I quote..'Prabhu Kari Kripa Pavari Dhini...Saadar Bharat Shish Dhari Leanee"....Translation..Lord Ram Showered his grace on Bharat and gave his slippers which Bharat kept on his head with respect....only a person with Bharat's pure and extremely high character could have done something like this....He became a recluse living in the palace and never sat on the throne....to be given so much wealth and not to touch it ...one has to be of a very strong character...that is why I said ..Bharat is one step higher...they were all ideal brothers...Bharat went to see Lord Ram in Chtrakoot and was ready to lay down his life but Janak told him that it is very easy to die for Ram but to live for Ram and do things that make him happy is very hard....so Bharat if you love Ram sit near His feet and ask Him what makes Him happy and do that as your duty....Ram asked him, to look after ayodhya and he will take it back from him after 14 years.....so much sacrifice and unselfishness can only be seen in Ramayan...I wish therer were more brothers like Bharat who left all the pleasures and comfort of the palace and lived like a hermit like Lord Ram but worshipped his sandals everyday which he placed on the throne.....thanks for loading all the clips ......fortune cookie
