From Valmiki Ramayana, lxman was the most handsome of the four brothers

he was "tapta kanchanbarn(skin color of molten gold), had bright golden yellow hair etc etc

does this guy, who plays laxman here, fits him where looks are concerned?

till now, we haven't seen much of his unquestioned devotion, rather Bharat has expressed his devotion better

I'm happy with the way this Lakshman looks - he looks regal, with a glint of mischief in his eyes. He's also fairer than Ram - as it should be. He hasnt had any oppertunity to act tho - so will have to wait and see how he fares as actor.

However, I do feel that the Ram-Lakshman bond could be explored more - Lakshman was very attached to Ram - he would even turn against Bharat and his own father Dashrath, just for the sake of Ram. This bond with Shri Ram must have been forged very early in life. So it would have been nice if serial explored this bond in early childhood scenes. Right now nothing really gives the impression that Lakshman is more close to Ram than any of the brothers.

I would say that the Lakshman from the Ramayan from Ramanand Sagar looked better....he waz the best looking Lakshman out of all the Ramayan's made..he portrayed the role really well, and i think that all the brothers looked very well.
In order to say anything about this Laksham as far as acting goes...i would have to watch more of this Ramayan.

Bingo, my point, Laxman didn't look for his own happiness, didn't care about the family he could have had and enjoyed had he stayed at Ayodhya, he left it all. THis great bonding, love and devotion must have sprung from a very early age, but that has not been explored

besides he may be fairer than gurmeet, but certainly not more handsome than him

I am considering teh looks effect only
i feel our laxman needs a little more effort to look the best, its a part of his role though 😉
