Okay, I have a different question, which hopefully, won't open a can of worms the way my poll did, which metastasized into a DOTW. Oh well...
In Valmiki, all 4 brothers were Vishnu's avatar, so there was no Lakshman being Sesha-nag, or Bharat being Panchajanya, et al. So the question I post below doesn't apply to the original Valmiki.
But in the versions that have Lakshman as Sesha-nag, and so on, here is my question:
Where was Sita in between the period of her going underground w/ Bhoomi-devi to the time Lakshman became Sesha-nag? If she became Lakshmi, there would have been no throne for her in Vaikuntha, so would she have been on her lotus 24x7? (Incidentally, what was her vehicle - wikipedia seems to say it was an owl, but I don't recall reading that anywhere) Or did she just live w/ Bhoomi Devi as Sita, and return to Vaikuntha after Rama did after taking the form of Lakshmi?

I think probably Sita stayed for sometime with Bhoomi Devi, and later merged with Lakshmi in Vaikunt. Now taking this concept, if Vishnu & Lakshmi are present in Vaikunth inspite of them being Ram & Sita, why not Lakshman / Seshnag?

Today is officially the last episode of Ramayan, though not the discussions.
Just want to share a happy news with you all who have been a second family to me whom I eagerly wait to meet on the forum. I am expecting my second kid. And that is the reason for my sudden disappearance from the forum for some days recently. And since its the early days, it is being hard on my health.I did not want to miss the ending episodes and discussions and hence sort of forced myself during the last week to log on to the forum. I may not be that active again, but will surely log on whenever I get the chance.Hope to feel better soon and start actively participating in the future discussions.
