There are some resources online as well. Ralph T. Griffith's translations are very good. I really enjoyed reading them. There are a couple of sites that have translated Valmiki Ramayan in prose format too.
In San Francisco, there is a Vedanta Society office, and there, they have a bookstore that has a lot of books on the Ramayan. However, I haven't seen a book that has the original Valmiki Ramayan, w/ original Sanskrit verse, transliterated words w/ meanings, and then translation.
I have however seen a fat 2 inch thick hardbound RCM, which has exactly the format I describe - original verses in shudh Hindi, transliterated verses and then the translations. Easy to follow. Price - ~$80.
Note that there are a lot of Ramayans out there, that call themselves Valmiki, but include accounts Valmiki didn't have - like K-L's Ashwamedha battles. Beware of them if what you are looking for is an original authentic Valmiki.
Online, I follow 2 sources:
http://valmikiramayan.net/http://www.geocities.com/bhagvatjee/vraamaayan/index.htmI generally use the former, but it is only partially complete until the killing of Meghnad. For anything subsequent to that, I use the latter link.
