Ok this will probably be the craziest answer I come up with...depending on how every1 looks at it....but here goes:

I: India- country where Lord Vishnu took 9 avatars out of the 10....one being Ram included in Ramayan!!!!

Ok ok , i know that was really the worst thing i can come up with😆...but i even googled (yes i'm guilty) and cudn't find nething more with I related to Ramayan..

Actually, the name of the country then was Aryavarta, not India. But anyways, we'll go with your answer.

Since you're starting with 'A', I'll try and open it up somewhat - Akampan (Ravan's general, who fled Janasthana and told him about the deaths of Khar and Dushan)

H: Hanuman: 11th reincarnation of Lord Shiva and biggest devotee of Lord Ram!!!!
