I too hated today's episode. But the start was sweet - the family moment we had all been waiting for and never arrived - finally got here. The 3 rajmatas savoring the 4 pregnancies (I'm glad the stork visited all at the same time, but the suggestion seems to be that all 4 sisters will be having twins❓) Somehow, I had problem with the video, but hopefully, I'll be uploading that in the next couple of days - just that portion. The other thing I liked about it was Sita agreeing with Sumitra that she'd like to visit the rishis.

Since we have new villains - the Avadis - I don't want to dwell on Kaikeyi, but I think it was inappropriate of the Sagars to show her as offering Sita to arrange for her trip. Also, I didn't like the layout - you had Kaikeyi sitting with Bharat and Mandavi, Sumitra sitting with Lakshman and Urmila, but Shatrughan and Srutakirti sitting on separate chairs. Just curious - between Lakshman and Shatrughan, did Sumitra have a favorite? Usually, when moms do, it's the younger kid, although not that Shatrughan was that much younger to Lakshman.

On the derogatory remarks, leaving aside the episode and how it's been depicted in serials, movies, cartoons and the like, I do have one question:

How widespread/unanomous was this perception of Sita? Was it

a. Just a dhobi (incidentally, does Valmiki mention a dhobi)?

b. A small group of people, but a minority

c. A large group of people, a majority, as seems to be shown here

d. Everybody outside the Raghukul family circle (excepting Sumantra, Vaishistha and Guha)?

according to me it started from dhobi & spead in the whole ayodhya,that stupid dhobi really brainwashed the ayodhya ppl,that i hv seen in the movie sampurna Ramayan also !!!!

Glad to hear this is the case. When Kama-deva wanted Shiva to play cupid, he fired an arrow at him. If he wants to do the same to you, all he has to do is contact your bosses and set you some deadlines😆😆😆

Don't mean to joke about that - I know that deadlines really suck, particularly when at the end of it all, the work just didn't matter. But it was funny what it did in this case😆😆😆
