26. Sarg 42-43 - Ram orders to attack Lankaa. Both armies starts fighting, but some big fighters entered into dual fights also, as Hanumaan fights with Jaambmaalee. Lakshman kills Viroopaaksh, Dwivid kills Ashaniprabh, and Sushen hits Vidyunmaalee.

27. Sarg 44-45 - Fight started in night. Raam and Lakshman killed six chief Raakshas - Yagyashatru, Durdharsh, Mahodar, Mahaapaarshwa, Vajradanshtra, Mahaakaay, Shuk and Saaran; and asked to look for Indrajeet. Indrajeet comes and fights being invisible. He ties Raam and lakshman with Naag Paash and shoots snake arrows at them.

28. Sarg 46-47 - Meghnaad tells Raavan that he has tied Raam and Lakshman with Naag Paash and they would die soon because Naag Paash cannot fail. Rejoicing Raavan sends Seetaa to see Raam and Lakshman lying on the ground. Seetaa goes to see them in Pushpak Vimaan.

29. Sarg 48-49 - Seeing Raam and Lakshman lying on the ground Seetaa weeps a lot. Trijataa consoles Her and tells that they will be all right. Raam finds Lakshman unconscious, so He weeps for Him.

30. Sarg 50 - Vibheeshan gets sad seeing Raam and Lakshman unconscious. Sugreev consoles him. Hanumaan brings Garud to free Raam and Lakshman from Naag Paash. Snakes run away seeing Garud Jee coming. Raam and Lakshman become all right. Garud Jee goes away to his Lok.

31. Sarg 51-52 - Knowing that Raam and Lakshman are alive, Raavan sends Dhoomraaksh to fight. Hanumaan kills Dhoomraaksh.

32. Sarg 53-56 - Angad kills Vajradanshtra, and Hanumaan kills Akampan.

33. Sarg 57-58 - After Vajradanshtra and Akampan are killed Raavan sends Prahast, but Prahast is also killed. Neel kills him.

34. Sarg 59 - After Prahast is killed, Raavan goes himself to fight along with his sons. Hanumaan fights with him, later on Raam takes over, but soon comes back from the battlefield.

35. Sarg 60-61 - Raavan awakens Kumbhkarn. While Kumbhkarn was going to Raavan, Vaanar see him, get scared, and run back to Raam.

36. Sarg 62-64 - Raavan tells his problem. Kumbhkarn tries to advise him to return Seetaa, but Raavan doesn't listen to him. Mahodar also speaks in favor of Raavan, so Kumbhkarn gets ready to go to battlefield.

37. Sarg 65-66 - Kumbhkarn appears in the battlefield. Vaanar get scared seeing him. Chief Vaanar bring them back to fight.

38. Sarg 67-68 - Raam Kils Kumbhkarn (Raavan's bother) and Raavan weeps for him.

39. Sarg 69-70 - Angad kills Naraantak, and Hanumaan kills Trishiraa (both Raavan's sons).

40. Sarg 71-72 - Atikaay, Raavan's brother, comes in the battlefield and is killed by Lakshman by Brahmaastra. Raavan cries a lot for his sons.

41. Sarg 73-74 - Meghnaad consoles Raavan and goes to battlefield. There he fights Maayaavee war and afflicts Vaanar badly. Then Jaambvann sends Hanumaan to bring some herbs from a Parvat. Hanumaan brings the whole Parvat and make those herbs smell by Vaanar. They become all right.

42. Sarg 75-76 - On Sugreev's advice Vaanar burn Lankaa in night. In the fight, Angad kills Akampan and Shonitaaksh and Sugreev kills Kumbh.

43. Sarg 77-79 - Hanumaan kills Nikumbh. After Raavan hears the killing of Kumbh and Nikumbh, he sends Khar's sons - Vishaalaaksh and Makaraaksh. Raam kills Makaraaksh.

44. Sarg 80-82 - Seeing Raam's bravery Meghnaad comes to fight but plays Maayaa tricks. Raam thinks unjust to kill him in this situation. Meghnaad goes back from the battlefield but comes back with a new trick of Maayaa Seetaa and he kills Her in front of Hanumaan. Hanumaan got baffled seeing Seetaa killed in front of his eyes. He got disappointed and went back to Raam with Vaanar and told everything. Raam got unconscious.

45. Sarg 83 - Lakshman also got very sad and consoled Raam with His philosophical thoughts.

46. Sarg 84 - Vibheeshan comes and tells that Seetaa cannot be killed, so don't be sad. Meghnaad is doing a Havan which has to be stopped to complete, otherwise he will be infallible. So Raam sends Lakshman with Hanumaan and Jaambvaan to kill Meghnaad.

47. Sarg 86-87 - Lakshman and Hanumaan along with Vibheeshan come to kill Meghnaad. Seeing Vibheeshan with Lakshman Meghnaad says some harsh words to Vibheeshan.

48. Sarg 88 - Lakshman and Meghnaad fight fiercely.

49. Sarg 89-90 - Lakshman-Meghnaad fight continues. At last Lakshman is able to kill Meghnaad.

50. Sarg 91-92 - After killing Meghnaad Lakshman comes back to Ram and is treated by Sushen. Raavan cries a lot for his son.

51. Sarg 93-94 - Raavan sends more army but Raam kills a lot of army. Lankaa's all women abuse Raavan for the destruction of their families.

52. Sarg 95-96 - Raavan comes out to fight with his three army-chiefs. Sugreev kills Viroopaaksh.

53. Sarg 97-98 - Sugreev kills Mahodar. And Angad kills Mahaapaarshwa.

54. Sarg 99-100 - After his three chiefs are killed, Raavan starts fighting with Raam. Ravan hits Lakshman with Amogh Power. Lakshman gets unconscious.

55. Sarg 101- Raam asks Sushen to treat Lakshman. Raam gets Indra's chariot to fight with Raavan.

56. Sarg 103-105 - Raavan is wounded heavily so his Saarathee brings him back from the battlefield. Raavan scolds him for his this step but later he gets happy and comes back to battlefield. Agastya Muni tells Raam the secret to kill Raakshas.

57. Sarg 106-108 - Raam-Raavan fight continues. Raam cuts his head but it is replaced before the first one falls down. Then Maatali suggests to use Brahmaastra. Raam uses the weapon given by Agastya Muni and kills Raavan.
