As I answered, in simplest terms, Yes, OF COURSE, b'coz since Krishna has only one alhadini shakti, Shri Radha, she will always appear alongside Krishna wherever He goes.

So when he is in Vrindavan, Shri Radha is there with him as Shri Radha, & when he is in Dwarka, Shri Radha is there with him as Shri Rukmini.

Now, the point which nit-pickers raise, and search for an answer in scriptures & old texts is this.

Shri Radha (or Shri Sita) being the "alahadini" or "swaroopa" shakti, is she herself appearing in Dwarka as Rukmini, and her eternal friends (you must have heard the word "GOPIS" of Divine Vrindavan, the eternal friends of Shri Radha) appear as 16,107 other wives of Shri Krishna.

OR,

Since, Shri Radha is "alahadini shakti" she & her eternal friends (GOPIS of Vrindavan) don't really appear themselves in Dwarka as Rukmini & 16,107 other wives, but Shri Rukmini & her 16,107 other friends are actually a manifestation of Shri Radha's (or Shri Sita's, keeping your original question in mind, 😊) infinite power.

It's something like saying, you are at Palace A, & you have infinite powers, so you can do anything you feel like, and you've to always appear simultaneously at palace B too, which is some distance away.
Do you yourself appear at Palace B in another garb, or you make one of your personal power appear at Palace B in that garb?

Now how to answer this question, because only Shri Radha knows the factual position.

No one except her knows the factual position.

Still, it remains a point of discussion for nit-pickers. 😆

As I said earlier, I doubt if you realized what a great question you have asked when you asked it. 😃
