We don't know.

Valmiki Ramayan simply says that Lakshman and Urmila had two sons, Angad and Chandraketu. They don't mention if they were born individually or as twins. The 1986 Ramayan showed them as individual boys, Angad being older by a few years, while the 2008 Ramayan showed them as twins. So I guess it's up to the PH to show that they prefer.😆
