I had spoken to Ravjot before regarding the Banner contest. Its a Yes, the forum will certainly have a banner but its not so soon. Hopefully by End of November, we shall try starting the Banner contest and Raavan & Hanuman might have entered the show by then as they are also vital characters in Ramayan and its important to have them in the Banner too 😊

I agree. Even I feel that Ravan and Hanuman should be in the banner as they are central characters to the show. Right now it's too soon as we can only have the Ayodhya and Mithila famillies.

I think that for now, a banner contest need just have the Ayodhya & Mithila royal families, Gurus Vashishtha, Vishwamitra, Gautama, Ahilya, Taraka, Mareech, and a few others.

Don't worry about Ravana now - 6 months down the line, we can have a banner contest w/ whatever more we have then, which will probably be during Aranyakand, and will include Ravana, Shurpanakha, Khar, Dooshan and so on. At that time, it can be RLS centric, and the Mithila & Ayodhya cast may have temporarily faded. A third contest can include Yudhyakand scenes, if it goes that long.

Speaking of Ravana, I read in the WU that they did show him in Sita's swayamvara. If that's the case, we have our Ravan as well. Only ones we're missing are Hanuman, Indrajit, Vibheeshan, Sugreev & so on, but that's for much later.
