15th November update - Let the show begin!

DK and Sandhya are having a tense battle of words.

DK salutes her courage and the ability of how she managed to enter the house, despite how the Jagirdars treated her. But he promises that he'll destroy her by revealing everyone that she is not Vrinda, but Sandhya.

Sandhya, on the other hand, is very cool and answers every threat og his with sarcasm. How can The Jagirdars approve that she's Sandhya, when they'll think that he's just angry on Vrindha.

24 hours is the amount of time they've got.

At the Jagirdars, Yuvraj cannot believe that it's his birthday the following next day. He's in sorrow since he's been so much through (accident, hospital, jail, etc)... (well, how about Sandhya's sisters?) and he doesn't have the feeling of celebrating. Yuvraj's father enters and informs that he has invited Savita and Sakhshi to the party in order to fix the relationship between the two families. (Note, Sandhya's sisters have a plan)

Sandhya's in her own room and discussing with herself about DK. Sunita comes in and asks her where she's been. 'Vrinda' tells her to not to worry. Sunita tells her that she knows that she's not Vrinda but Sandhya and Sandhya answers that she's not the only one who knows, so does DK.

Later, DK's in his room thinking what he should do.

Next day, it's Yuvraj's birthday and suddenly eunuch dancers enter the house along with sandhya. They dance, sing and play drums😆 Yuvraj is frightened and hides. Everyone's astounded.

Sandhya pulls Yuvraj in the middle of the crowd and they're dancing around of him.

Pankaj yells to stop this nonsense and demands for an explanation. Vrinda asks him what's wrong, and she brought the dancers. Prabha is furious and tells her how dared she. Vrinda tells her that she can't see anything wrong for what she did since she got permission from DK. Everyone's looking at DK and they're p*ssed.

Later, Yuvraj's crying and tells Prabha not to leave him in the arms of the eunuch, because they will come and get him. Prabha comforts him and she understands Vrinda's intention since she doesn't know about Yuvraj - but what about DK? She will get to him later.

Sarla explains her daughters that they should not comment anything and instead focus on making Yuvraj happy.

Let the war begin!

It's evening and the guests are starting to show up, even Savita and Sakhshi. Sandhya asks him how much time has left, and DK warns her that 2 hours are enough for her. Prabhu thanks Sandhya's sisters for coming and he brings Sandhya to them. They 'ignore' her and go to Yuvraj for congratulate him.

Yuvraj's cutting cake and he received a ring worth 5 lakhs? He left the ring on the table (who does that?) and DK gets the ring and puts it into Savita's bag. Now, Yuvraj discovers that the ring is missing and almost cries 😆Everyone cannot understand where it is, but DK tells them that how come their guests have stolen it when they're rich, so he asks Savita to open her bag. Sandhya's watching in disgust.

I don't have time for commenting, since it's EID tomorrow and I've to prepare for a lot of things😳 So please comment a lot!

The good: 1 hr show, Sandhya challenging DK, the eunuch dancers

The bad: Savita in the 'stealing' position

I have yet to watch the episode, since I just started downloading.

I think Sandhya may have noticed it and removed it from Savita's bag, and planted it w/ DK. She may next suggest that they search DK, and when they find it on him, Vrinda's threat would have been at least partially realized.

The part I find hard to digest is Savita & Sakshi visiting to make nice to Yuvraj, when they now suspect that he's behind the killing of their father as well. 😕

The fear on Yuvraj's face made me satisfied to the core, though not the reason behind it, since its God's decision and not Yuvraj's mistake.
Does anybody agree with me that the DK-Sandhya face-off wasn't dramatic enough? Or was I expecting too much from the one hour-special.

Actually I want Sandhya's sisters to be absolutely out of the scene, be it in any manner, even the theft blame will do, till she is done with DK atleast.
Or atleast get to know the truth and co-operate by stopping poking their noses in the revenge matter.
Their interference, with Sandhya's plans n all it creating too much confusion as they say, "Too many cooks spoil the broth"

^^^ Au contraire, that's what's making it interesting. If Vrinda acts as Vrinda, the Jagirdars won't be too happy, since she's exposing their fraud to the sisters. If she acts as Sandhya, the Jagirdars will be happy that she's being persuasive enough to the sisters, and they'll ignore DK's protests that she actually is Sandhya. So this is actually a scene where Sandhya can fully be herself (like she was on Friday w/ her dad's photo) and later, she can tell Prabha et al that she was being exactly what Sandhya would be had she been in this situation.

In other words, a double twist, and given the situation, the Jagirdars would rather believe her than DK.

Hey ! You missed the best part - Sandhya sleekly pretended to bump into Savitha (acting blind) and took away the ring PK had put in her purse, and immediately after called for for Sunni chachi..

Okay, I finally watched the episode itself, having let the 1 hr version download overnight, so here are some more things I thought about it.

The opening confrontation b/w DK & Sandhya was a treat to watch, as was the aftermath of the eunuchs. It was really funny to see Sandhya tell DK that while they took great offense to eunuchs being in their home for some minutes, they had no qualms about marrying her to one. And near the end, it was funny seeing DK trying to speak Tapori w/ Vrinda, and coming short.

One thing that struck me - why was Yuvraj so panic stricken by the eunuchs? Just let them dance, and then go! Why does he think they'll kidnap him? And it was funny to see Prabha curse DK, rather than Vrinda, for this. 😈

One thing DK lacks is subtlety - after Puru's olive branch to the sisters, he downright insults Savita. He could have simply asked everybody to submit themselves to a search, and then let the ring by found w/ Savita. Methinks that when Sandhya bumped into tai, as rhari noted, she probably removed it from her bag, joined Sunita and probably either herself, or via Sunita, had the ring smuggled into DK's pocket. Tonight, if it's not found w/ Savita, it may well be found w/ DK, and after everything he's done, he'd have humiliated the Jagirdars so much that they'll not only apologize to Savita, but also kick DK out of the house for good. Only question - would Sunita be asked to leave w/ him, or get an opportunity to break free of him?

Its believed that eunuchs can identify one of their own kind pretty easily even by a mere touch or smell. And they even have a kind of a harsh life where they are deprived of the basic pleasure of socialising. So people say that whenever a child is born an eunuch, the people of the local eunuch community, take him away with them, partly, out of concern, so that the child doesn't become a topic of discussion, embarrassment and experimentation and partly because they want, out of jealousy, want all eunuchs to get the same treatment as they got in their lives.
