PART 21
Pandit hands Yudi the sindoorā¦ā¦Yudi takes itā¦ā¦ā¦.He gets up and puts it on Rani's foreheadā¦before anyone could know what's happeningā¦.Yudi ties the mangalsutra also around her neck and finishes taking the saath pheres..while RB is just in shock looking around whats happeningā¦at first, she was not able to think whats going and then realizesā¦..she stands up abrupts and cryingly she goes beside RS and standsā¦.RS too does not get how all this hapeened in a flash of second and in just few minutes and right infront of his eyes, his son had married a servant and he could not stop that shameful act! He is fuming with anger.
The most shocked is Niharika and Sakshamā¦ā¦They had not planned all thisā¦what had happened to the original plan! They were going through through terrible shock. This was the step that was least expected.
NiSha had originally planned that before the wedding, Yudi would request RB to cancel the marriage and when RB is convinced then it would be easier to convince RS.
YuRa now married were standing in the mantap and looking at RSā¦.They move forward to take RS and BR's blessingsā¦RS moves away without speaking a word! He was too angry to retort back.
RS requests all the guests to leave. Now, only the family is left along with RB's family! RB's parents also don't get what had happened and angrily asks explanation from RS!
Yudi was standing there holding Rani's hand firmly thinking about RS's next stepā¦..He simultaneously thinks what happened few hours back!
Flashback
Yudi had gone to RB's roomā¦ā¦he explains the entire situation.
RB thinks for a while and replies: Hum yeh shaadi zaroor karenge! Hum apne kushi kisi aur ko kaise de sakte hai?
Yudi: Dekhiye, hum aapse shaadi karenge toh aaap ko kushi nahi milegi. Hum aapse vinathi karti hai ki aap kisi bhi tarah iss shaadi to rok dijiye! Hum apne kushe ke liye nahi balki aapke kushiyon ke liye yeh sab keh rahe hai! Agar phir bhi aap hum se hi shaadi karna chahte hai toh, hume maaf kar dijiye, hume iss shaadi mei koi dilchaspi nahi hai!
Yudi then regrets for his rude bahaviour and tells her: Hum apne iss ashisht vyahar ke liye maafi chahte hai. Lekin hum hallat kea age mazboor hai! Hume yeh aakri kadam badaana hoga. Aur sirf aap hi ek hai jo hume iss vikalp se bahaar la sakti hai! Aapne yeh socha ki hum aapse yeh sab kyun keh rahe hai? Kyunki hum aapko sankat mei dalna chahte hai! Ek baar lihaaj karke dikheye! Krupa karke maan lijeye!
RB is verge of tears and tells him: Hum aap se hi shaadi karenge!
Yud gets worried as the situation has gone out of control! He gets even more tensed when RB storms out of the room calling for RS and asking justification! Yudi simply had followed her.
RS was outrageous and adviced Yudi not to take any step which would put the family's name at stake! He also told him that they could not find a better girl than her! Yudi had tried to tell about Rani but RS had no mood to listen to him!
He immediately had rushed to BR's room to talk to her and and asks her what he should do next! It was Br's idea for marrying Rani instead of RB and had told Yudi that she would try to salvage the situation! It was at this time BR hoped that she was alright and could help her son but the situation was getting worser and worser!
END OF FLASHBACK
Yudi had to take this drastic actionā¦ā¦he had to fulfill the promise he had given to BR and Rani.
He was waiting for the final decision to be given by RS!
RS comes out of the room and yells at Yudi (throwing whatever he had in his hand): Yeh samaan lijeye aur yaahan se alop ho jaayiye! Hum aapko uahaan ek pal ke liye bhi nahi jhel sakte hai!
He turns towards Rani and says: Ladkiā¦.. Apna samaan bandho aur aur nikalo yahaan se!
RS runs into her room and grabs all her belongings and comes out too quicky!
Yudi tries to justify his act but RS refuses to listen and asks him to get out of the house!
RS drags yudi out of the door while Rani follows and shuts the door on their faces!
YuRa tearfully walk awayā¦they have nothing left with them now except for each otherā¦..and that was their biggest asset!
Saksham comes running towards them stealthily and hands him over some money for their living. Yudi refuses to take it but Saksham forces him and makes him take the money by telling that it was a gift from and Niharika on their wedding! Yudi hesitatingly takes it!
YuRa leave taking a final glance at the palaceā¦.
Rani feels very guilty and teary and says to him: Arjun, mujhe maaf kar dijiye. Yeh sab mere wajeh se hua hai. Mere karan aaj aap yahaan tak aa gayeā¦.. Ek kunverā¦..aurā¦.aaj!
She couldn't continue it further and hugs him.
Yudi too gets emotional, hugs her back and tells her: Yeh sab aapke wajeh se nahi hua, yeh humara upay thaā¦aur humara nirnay tha. Aap khud ko doshi mat maaniye. Humara yakeen kijiye jald hi yeh sab teek ho jaayega aur pitaji hum dono ko apna lenge!
YuRa start walking towards an unknown destination. Rani suggests him to go to the villageā¦First yudi looks vonfused but then agrees. They reach the village in few hours.
YuRa are welcomed with aartiā¦..YuRa take Amma's and Dadi's blessings. They speak and have a wonderful time. Few minutes later they are served with all Rani's and yudi's favorite dishes. Munna is too excited to see them and refuses to leave them even for a minute and happily goes on chatting until Amma asks him to go to bed as it was too late.
Amma then is about to take the luggage inside and make bed for them but Yudi stops her and says: Amma, Aaj hum yahaan nahi rukhengeā¦.
Rani is hsocked and so are Amma and Dadi.
Amma: Itni raat ko kahaan jaayenge aap?
Yudi: Amma, sach bataaye toh yeh hum bhi nahi jaante haiā¦ā¦lekin hum yahaan kaise ruk sakte hai?
Amma asks not to feel awkward and stay that night.
Yudi: humara yahaan nahi rukhne ka yeh wajeh nahi haiā¦..Shaadi abhi hui hai, aur log kya samjhenge? Sab Rani ko doshi manege aur tarah tarah ki baatein karengi ki unhone hume apna parivaar se alag kardia, wagera wagera! Hum yeh sab kuch nahi sun na chahte! Hum Rani aur aap logon ke kilaaf ek shabd bhi nahi sukte hai!
Hum apne aap ko iss duniya ki nazaron mein kamiyaab aadmi ke roop mei dekhna chahte hai! Hum pehle kabil sabit karenge phir yahaan aakar jitney din mann chahe utne din rukhenge. Aap hume galat mat samjheyega! Amma, aapko Rani ke bare chinta karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai! Jab tak hum zindaa hai hum unpar koi kasht nahi aane denge! Hum unka khayal rakhenge!
All of them are touched and understand Yudi's dilemma. Amma and Dadi do not force him further. Rani feels proud to have a husband like him and vows to help him in all the possible way! YuRa again take their blessings and leave.
Palace:
RS had persuaded Rudr to marry Bhumi and both of them were married! All bhumi wanted was to become the aughter in law of the family. She hardly cared to she was married. Getting married to Rudr was even simpler as she needn't alone break the rules!
After all the rituals are over CR calls Sukhiya to meet her in the old roomā¦.
CR: humaara saazish ka yeh anthim kadam aaj raat ko hogaā¦aur phir kisi ko zaraa sa bhi shak nahi hoga ki humne yeh sab kiyaā¦.Saara ilzaam Kunwer yudishter aur Rani par giregaā¦.!
Aaj Raatā¦Aaj raat humari pyaari didi apni aakri saans legi.
Sukhiya, aapko pata hai naa, apko kya karna hai?
Sukhiya nods his head and leaves to do the work!
Late at night, Yura are waiting for a bus to go to the next village which is quite far away. But, there are no means of transport at that timeā¦. Yudi was worried for Rani and Rani was worried for Yudi but both of them din't show their emotions out fearing that it would disturb the other.
A lorry stops infront of them; the driver asks them if they have a problem and informs him that the way has been blocked due to falling down of trees and no buses would come that way! He was the last person to escape!
The driver aks them to get in and tells he would drop them! Yura gratefully get in and thanks him!
They go behind and see the truck was loaded with hayā¦he first drops the luggage and and then lifts Rani up and makes her sit on itā¦he too climbs and sits beside her taking one side of the covered portion as support!
They wanted to seak a lot but they were too tired and disturbed due to all the activites that took place in the palace! Rani leans on his arm and slowly drifts away to sleep! He looks at unwilling to take his eyes of that angelic beauty!
After sometime, Rani starts feeling coldā¦Yudi tries to reach their bag but its quite far, though if he had stretched a little, he would have got it but he dint want to disturb Rani's sleep at any cost. He carefully removes his shirt and covers her with it and takes her pallu and wraps it over him. He places his hand around her and slowly falls asleepā¦dreaming about the bright mornings to come and then his new life with his beloved wife!
