Woho Kirti, was waiting for you to be on the hot seat. Would love to read your answers. Instead of asking questions, I will just sit back and enjoy reading all your answers. Questions ka job the rest can do. But incase, I come up with new questions, not covered by others, then toh for sure I will post them out here. 😉

And Monu, I still have to go through your bakri wala thread. Will do that this week too. So it will be fun reading your's as well as Kirti's answers this week.

Yes, most of the time. But i dont like always.😡 Why is that we have to cook everything right from morning tea to supper. I want somebody to cook for me and arrange table for me. 😊

tea, when i was in 3rd standard, i think some 6-7 years of age. And i felt very proud because my mother praised me a lot. 😃

Dont remember.

Many. Mostly i mess when i have to add water in something, either it making a dough, or batter, or something else. Even today if i am not careful i'll end up in making a pool.

Any type. I like to do experiments. But i dont like to cook in which i have to keep stirring on a sticky pan. I avoid that. But many superb North-Indian food are cooked like that.

7) prefer to eat food cook by you, mom or hubby

Of course Mom. My mom is just superb, she is the best cook in the world. 😊😊 Whenever i have a party in my house i call her and ask what to cook and how to cook.

Hubby never cooks. 😡 Whenever i am not willing to cook, he would suggest to have bread and egg. 😆😆😆 He never says lets go out. 😆😆

8)any memory regarding cooking experience

Nothing special.

9) prefered cuisin among indian food

Typical Desi UP food, Gujrati, Rajasthani, South Indian, Mughlai, Hyderabadi.

I dont like Punjabi.

10)prefer buying grocery by yourselves or trust other people for that

Myself, though dont like.

11) like daal on top of rice or rice on top of dal

Mostly dal on top of rice. But if i want juicy and spicy dal-chawal it would be very less quantity of rice in daal in a bowl.

12) like chicken in tandoor or in your plate

From tandoor to my mouth via plate. 😆😆

Anvi, You are most welcome to ask questions. But please dont ask any scientific questions. I am very weak in science.
