Vivan is with the police in dubai since they think he was carrying drugs..
do u think veera will say she knows him and save him?
or do u think she will say she doesnt know vivan?

I agree with usa_girl. I guess she will help Vivan as her problem with Vivan is personal and she would not desert him in foreign land with cops around. Infact, they can also track the real culprit by the flight's seat number, if that is anything to do with the mainline story, which I doubt though.
