Looking for a FF

I’ve been a long-time reader of fanfics and was part of this forum during the run of *Qubool Hai*. I’m trying to track down a specific fanfic that I hope someone here might recognize or know the author of.

The story revolves around Asad, who is hired as an architect or interior designer to redesign Zoya’s corner office in a high rise corporate building. Zoya is portrayed as an introverted and reclusive character who struggles to connect with others, but Asad doesn’t give up on her. Dilshad is depicted as having cancer, and Zoya volunteers at the same hospital in her spare time. Over time, Asad helps Zoya open up, and they eventually fall in love.

Does anyone know which fanfic I’m talking about? It was such a well-written story, and I’ve been unable to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
