It had been half an hour and Zoya was still unconscious, Asad was trying his best to bring her back to senses by rubbing her palms and sprinkling water over her face but all went in vain... he wanted to take her to the hospital but the doctor was on his way to their home so he kept sitting beside his wife who literally scared the hell out of him...
When the doctor arrived he told them to wait outside, Asad didn't budge and held Zoya's hand tightly but doctor was quite strict and didn't attend Zoya until Asad left the room...
Outside the room Asad lost his temper on Rohan but as soon he came to know about Rohan's side of story he calmed down but his anger was still there after all Rohan knew about her condition and instead of telling them he brought her back...
After 20 minutes, doctor came out of the Zoya's room and before Asad or any other family member could have asked anything he spoke...
Doctor: Mrs. Khan is stable now, I gave her an injection and she will regain consciousness soon... considering her pregnancy I didn't give her a strong dose so she will take time, maybe an hour or two...
Asad stood rooted to his spot, pregnancy, did he really heard that??? Before he could have digested the news of pregnancy, doctor dropped another bomb...
Doctor: may I know the reason why Mrs. Khan was admitted in the hospital??? I found cannula on her left hand and when I rolled up her sleeves, there were a few needle marks too and if I'm not wrong she had not eaten anything, she was on fluids I guess... is there any complications in her pregnancy???
Rohan: no... it's not like that, she is going through a lot and I guess travelling and tiredness didn't suit her... she is fine, nothing to worry about...
Rohan lied and don't know how Asad felt he was lying, he took steps towards him while seeing him closer Rohan gulped downed his saliva, Asad grabbed his collar like an injured lion...
Asad: dare to lie again, I swear I'll forget who the hell you are...
Rohan: Asad I... I'm not lying... he replied freeing himself from his grip...
Asad: its better you keep quite, I don't want to hear a word from you...

Asad: NOT... A... WORD... he gritted his teeth and paused on every word...
Rohan: but only I know why Zoya was admitted in the hospital...
Asad immediately let him go, hearing her name his anger melt in a millisecond , he didn't say anything but his eyes were spitting fire and it was enough for Rohan to tell the truth only... Rohan told about Zoya's condition, how she spent a week in the hospital suffering a nervous breakdown... Asad fisted his hands and his knuckles turned white due to the force he was applying, he just didn't want to believe that his Zoya hid her pregnancy from him...
Rohan told everything except Zoya's complicated pregnancy as he had already given his words to Zoya not to reveal that going against her wish... the doctor left saying when Zoya came back to senses they should bring her to the hospital for the complete checkup...
After an hour, Zoya woke up only to find everyone in her room, first she thought maybe she was dreaming but when Dilshad caressed her forehead she realized it wasn't a dream, she was back to her home, she was with her own family, everyone was there except her Aapi and Jeeju... Zoya moved closer to Dilshad who was sitting beside her, seeing her hesitation Dilshad opened her arms and held her closer while Zoya cried on her loss... Haider was also there, when Zoya didn't stop crying it clicked him that she wasn't fine, he placed his hand on her head... feeling the touch Zoya stopped crying and came out of Dilshad's hold, when she saw Haider, fresh tears brimmed in her eyes and in a swift moved she stood up and hugged her brother...
Haider and Zoya were not related by blood, Haider was Anwar's younger brother while Zoya was Zeenat's adopted sister... Zeenat and Anwar were like their parents and only Zoya and Haider knew how hard it was for them to accept their parents were no more...
Asad entered in the room with a heavy heart, he didn't know what to do, he was angry, he was hurt beyond repair, not because Zoya left him... he was sure she must had left him for his safety after all he was aware of those threats before their marriage but he never knew his Zoya could do this to him, she hid her pregnancy, wasn't it the biggest news of their life and it came out in the worse circumstances... Zoya felt his presences and broke the hug, when she saw fury in his eyes she immediately looked down... Asad took steps towards her and held out his hand in front of her, Zoya looked at his hand and then at him, was he really wanted to hold her hand, did he forgave her, was he wanted to sit and talk and sort out everything between them... with a hope and lots of questions running in her mind she placed her hand in his...
Asad walked out the room with her, he didn't turned back and looked at her, he just walked with a straight face while Zoya thought maybe he was taking her to their dream house... Haider and Rohan along with other family members followed AsYa... at the staircase Zoya slow downed but Asad didn't care either it was safe or not, he just dragged her till the hall and let go of her hand making her tremble but Zoya managed and saved herself from falling...
Zoya looked at him in confusion, didn't he himself hold her hand, and then what was this??? Asad read her eyes and decided to clear her confusion while the other family members didn't interfere as Dilshad stopped them saying AsYa needed to talk on their own...
Asad: 3 months Zoya... he started looking towards her...
Zoya looked back, she was at fault and Asad had all the rights to say or ask anything so she decided to hear him out silently...
Asad: I spent the whole 3 months in search of you... kahan nahi dhoondha tumhe, yahan Bhopal mai, Mumbai mai, New York mai, tumahre doston ke ghar, har us shakhs se pata kiya jo tumhe jaante the... he spoke with hurt visible in his tone...
Zoya looked down in shame, wasn't she the reason behind his misery...
Asad: I don't know why you did this but I think it's related to those threats... in last 3 months I never mistook you, I knew you were in some trouble and I wanted to be with you... why... because I loved you and for me there was no one important than you...
After hearing that tears rolled down of Zoya's cheeks...
Asad: and what you did in return, you made me fall in my own eyes...
Zoya immediately looked towards him and shook her head, that wasn't what she wanted, she did everything for him only, to see him safe and sound...
Asad: you know Zoya, somewhere deep down I always felt that you will come on your own, my love will bring you back... but I didn't know my love was that week... you should have trusted my love instead of me at least... my love was my proud and you broke that proud with your own hands Zoya...

Asad: no Zoya its actually my fault, the way I called you back was wrong, I shouldn't have called you back... not like this at least... tumhara dhoka mujhe qabool tha par yeh sach jaan kar mujhe bohat takleef hui hai... he said referring to her pregnancy...
A lone tear escaped from her eyes, how can he say such things, okay she did wrong but why he was doing this to their baby, did it really hurt him hearing about their baby??? Zoya was lost in her thoughts while Asad turned to the other side...

Zoya was about to step out of the Khan Villa when she found Sara at the doorstep, she knew Sara after all she was Asad's secret lover and along with other Khan Siblings she was aware of her love for Asad... she saw how Sara moved in, went straightly to Asad and rubbed his upper arm soothing his anger... it looked like the other family members she witnessed the whole scene and knew Asad must be needed someone at his side... Zoya felt fresh tears brimming in her eyes seeing him with someone else and it looked like Asad felt her insecurity and he too looked towards her at that moment and locked his eyes with hers...
