Still we dont know asad secret
I still believe maybe ailment maybe the heart bcuz his reaction when meher put his hand there
But it it is not and he left so she didnt have to choose between her abu and him then he needs tht slap u talk of

Dilshad came to know abt her pote her joy but she shouldn't help soya keep the secret but should encourage her to tell his father
But then if asad was sick and his son could help him dillu would have been trying to save her son life
