I will start with mine:

In Kehta Hai Dil, Karishma's younger sister Kiran was changed thrice. In the time period of 1 year or just 8-10 months in the show, 1st Kiran was looking 7-8 years old, 2nd Kiran was looking 12-13 years old but 3rd & 4th Kiran were 18-19 year old Medical student. How can a girl grow up by years in just a year?🤣 This is a decade old serial which was among my 1st daily soaps.
