Until we meet again
-Jannat, he called her and she stopped, she knew this voice, she knew it so well, she heard a lot of lies with this voice, a lot of promises and a lot of pain. Jannat, he called her again and she felt a sharp pain in her heart. How she hated this name, how she hated this woman who kept her trapped; away from her life.
She turned slowly and stared at him, her eyes were teary but showed a deep hate and pain. His lips curved tenderly and his eyes softened, he finally found her, and she was safe, this all matter to him now.
-Jannat I..
-Sanam, she cut him, my name is Sanam
He came late, she was not anymore his Jannat, but was it really his? And today, she came back to her life, to where she used to belong and to whom she belongs.
-Sanam, I am sorry, please forgive me, this was the only words that remained to tell her, he was saying sorry for all words he didn't have the courage to tell her, all those words that burnt his throat for weeks. She was away, far away from his love, the love that he never had the courage and the right to confess, but he wanted her to forgive him.
-Sorry? You ask me to forgive you? She said with a low tone totally detached, she said his words like it sounded strange in her mind. Do you think I should forgive you? She asked him coldly. You said that I am your everything, your Jannat. You said that I am your wife when I was not at all. Should I forgive you? I treat you as my husband, you hold me in your arms and we shared room, you introduce me as your wife to the world, while I was not, should I forgive you?
-Jan
-My name is Sanam, SANAM AAHIL RAZA IBRAHIM, you know this man, do you know him? You told me that I was your wife and I tried to act dutifully, but when I saw Aahil, my heart beat differentially like it never beats for you, my heart recognize him but not my head, I shut this voice telling me to love him because I was your wife. I was feeling guilty for having this feeling for a stranger, a feeling that I never had for my husband. I felt guilty for thinking about another man than my husband, I thought I was betraying you while I was betraying HIM, with YOU. You keep me apart from my REAL husband, from the man that I loved. You trapped in lies of commitment while I was NOT yours and will NEVER BE. YOU KEEP US APART LIKE THEY ALL DID, so I'm asking you, SHOULD I FORGIVE YOU?
His head bent down, feeling shame and hurt because he can feel her pain, she was right but he tried his best to put them together but it didn't work, and he was responsible. His eyes fell on some red drop lying next to her feet, he followed and saw that she was holding a knife covered with blood.
-What did you do? What is this?
-Oh this, she looked amused at the knife, I just presented it to some persons, her eyes suddenly went red. I stabbed all this person that hurt my Aahil, that separate us, that laugh and walked on our pain, those person who didn't show mercy, fears or regrets for killing MY AAHIL.
-Aahil is... He sucked his breath,
-yes, she whispered, I hold him in my arms and he blew his last breath in my arms, she cried recalling his face. He smiled at me and he told me how much he loved me and he will always love me. I was his junoon and I am in junoon because he left. It might be your look like who pushed him from the cliff, but YOU killed us, both. You know what I will not kill you with this knife, no, she shook her head, look at me, I want you to stare at me. I want you to see my face for the rest of your life, I want you to see the hate and the pain that you put into my heart, I want you always to remember how you killed me by keeping me apart for my reason to live. LOOK AT ME, SEE THIS PAIN THAT YOU PRINT INTO MY SKIN, SEE ME AGONY, I WANT YOU TO SEE ME DYING.
-Jannat, he sobbed
-I AM NOT JANNAT, I AM HELL, I am dead, I'm dead. And she fell loudly on the floor.
-Jannat, Jannat, he rushed to her in panic calling her, please wake up, please, don't leave me, I can endure all your hate but not your death, please, Jannat forgive me, Sanam please forgive my sins.
Little he knows that she let her last breath in his arms.
-Sanam, she heard his call and she knows this voice but why everything was dark around her? She felt scared all alone, but where was he? Why did he leave her all alone? His voice was her only comfort. Sanam, I am here, he said again.
He was calling again, his voice, his love and his Junoon sounded in her name. Slowly, the darkness left and she saw a shadow approaching her slowly, the image was blurted but she knows the outlines of his body, it was him but she didn't trust herself again seeing this figure, she was scared to lose him again.
-Sanam, he was closed, so closed now and all his features cleared now, it was him, smiling genuinely at her, it was so heartwarming to see him fine that she couldn't hold her tears, he was perfect and his face looked peaceful. She let her fingers following the curves of his face, he looked so real under her fingerprint, and he chuckled softly at her.
-Aahil, she held on him like her life was in depend, Aahil you are here, you are here.
-Always by your side, forever, he kissed her forehead tenderly, cupping her face. He looked down at her lovingly. No more tears, he wiped her face and kissed her again on her lips.
She felt suddenly her soul lightened, and warmth between his arms. Like she was dead and he brought her to life, his touch and his kiss awake the sleeping Sanam and she was finally alive.
-I have some person to present you, he intertwined his hand with her. She can go till the end of the world now, she was not more alone. She looked up and froze.
-Ammi, Abbu, she sobbed, and her eyes grew more, Seher, Rehan.
-we are finally together, Zoya said opening her arms to her daughter.
