Yeah. Tell me about it. Btw, am I the only one who...

1. Was sad that Sanam just came back... without having us viewers know how exactly?
2. Was hoping that Aakash Ahuja will play one of the sons...

I am not excited at all. The male lead will have magical powers 😭😭😭 This is not a Muslim drama. This is a fairy tale. KV needs to stay. We want to see Aahil and Sanam. Not another leap. Please sign the petition guys 😭😭😭. The directors are playing with us! Repeating the same story but different characters. We waited sooo long for Aahil and Sanam. We were all sooo patient But nope! I agree that all tracks had potential but the directors ruined it 😭 I agree with everything you said! 💔

Why would people "like" it when the woman is actually married to someone else? It's SO cheap! What did GK expect? Bouquet? She needs to see a shrink! She is hateful!

Maybe Insta like for their tacky scene off screen pics made them think they can change the story? Or maybe it was revenge for the hate? Either ways they took revenge from SAHIL and Aahil fans! That much is CRYSTAL clear!

Did you read that article, she still is flying high and thinks she can recreate the magic of S2 with her fresh story and new leads. I do hope so this happens, but I am somewhere convinced that if SJ and GK's stories had the power to keep this show running, they would have done great even during Raqesh's time (though I fully believe that Raqesh was a good actor who suffered merely because he was a replacement for Asad. Had he come in as a new character, with his own personality, he would have been a great addition to the QH cast) and during the Pakistan track. Both time she needed KV's star power , charisma and acting to bring QH to the top.

Do you think this was revenge for the fact that KV became >> than QH?

Well, I don't know. The list of actors whose talent has been wasted in this show is growing day by day.

Tej Sapru, Shalini, Vaqar, Vikrant Massey, KSG towards the end, RV, KV, Alkaji, and on and on and on... They all were great actors who either ended up becoming props or killed towards the end and were totally wasted as the story became more and more "THIS IS WHAT I WILL SELL, WATCH OR LEAVE" centric and kept stretching tracks like Tanveer exposure, AsYa wedding, Sister Swap and now final nail in the coffin - Pakistan /Memory loss track. Not sure why GK weaves these beautiful layers (all of which will be TRP pullers) but then ends all of them in the most anticlimatic way possible?

Okay, see. My problem is not SaHil death or leap or even Aahil death.
I can understand the makers' need and want to keep the show going, and it somehow does make more of a connective sense to show generational leap or revenge story or reincarnation or whatever, rather than complete fresh story with no connection to past with same actors.

The makers can keep going on with a long term saga of a doomed family line till the it runs out of steam or they are no longer successful.

That's fine with me.

But what gets me is the utter disregard of the characters and pairings. For instance, even if Sanam didn't come back till after the cliff, why couldn't Jannat have been written better, less annoying--which is a feat because she's the complete victim. Why couldn't have it been something enjoyable to watch even if jannat was Jannat. Why the such arrogance and steadfast determination not to acknowledge wrongs as wrongs, but rather just bleach. And on top of the bleach, we have the pairing which was not even 1/4 done justice to. The early Dharamsala track showed the potential. The didn't bother. Then Jungle track too, still they didn't follow through.

Instead we see Aahil treated the way he is, Jannat being both a victim while simultaneously being completely annoying. And we are treated to double dose of other characters, with hardly any Aahil or "SaHil"--the little SaHil we get is mostly frustrating and better off not getting since it's all about insults.

The 'death' scene is such a joke. Direction makes them both look like fools. (As I said, Jannat should've moved away after fake Shaad released her. And Aahil would've been down that hilltop instead of just standing there. Murtaza could've then made sure Aahil also tumbles down.). And till the end we see Aahil getting the shaft by Jannat, who just cuts him more and more.

Even if it's not really his death--so what. Even if we see them back together at the end before the leap--that doesn't take away from the fact that the journey till then could've been so much better. Couldn't the same thing have been done but with a better and less insulting portrayal of Jannat, Aahil and this so-called "love triangle"

Have the guts to do what you want to do. You want to take a leap and continue the show, killing off the couple or Aahil or whatever. Do right by the couple and character and then stick to your plan and do it. At least then people cannot say you didn't do justice to the character and couple.

I don't mind death of either couple or character. I really don't. It's the complete disregard for so many things during the journey that gets me. Do justice to the characters and pairings--and death or leap or end, I would have no complaints.

Most people here won't agree with me here, and this will probably ever get read by the CVs or anyone from the team, but whatever i just wanted to write it. I've been thinking about this since yesterday I guess.

Totally agree. Change is required for movement of story.

The makers can keep going on with a long term saga of a doomed family line till the it runs out of steam or they are no longer successful.

That's fine with me.

My biggest problem with this PH is follow through - they create beautiful moments, heroes with complex issues, heroines with layered personalities, opportunities for brilliant clashes/triangles/explosives... but then do not follow through. I wonder why someone would want to do this to their own creation, like why? Why was Jannat hating Aahil so much - you know they say the opposite of love is not hate it is indifference, but here she was just spitting venom against him - which was totally not good to watch. Then they did so many things that were so un-ARI - like the groom swap but for what purpose? Why did S2 make that SR picture if the blackmail was not going to achieve any movement in story - like a Shaad-Aahil clash for example? This is where I think that the show is just catering to the benches, something Gul had already said in her interview before, and which is why it pains the most. She has the potential to weave the most successful pairings and stories in the history of Indian TV, but she will not do so..

Instead we see Aahil treated the way he is, Jannat being both a victim while simultaneously being completely annoying. And we are treated to double dose of other characters, with hardly any Aahil or "SaHil"--the little SaHil we get is mostly frustrating and better off not getting since it's all about insults.

Yes, like the Shaad jaap was just too much. And, Aahil just watched Sanam die?

Even if it's not really his death--so what. Even if we see them back together at the end before the leap--that doesn't take away from the fact that the journey till then could've been so much better. Couldn't the same thing have been done but with a better and less insulting portrayal of Jannat, Aahil and this so-called "love triangle"

Bingo. But what I meant was that the death and Sanam's return after that was so disjointed... like, nothing happened?

Have the guts to do what you want to do. You want to take a leap and continue the show, killing off the couple or Aahil or whatever. Do right by the couple and character and then stick to your plan and do it. At least then people cannot say you didn't do justice to the character and couple.

I kind-a agree with you but the thing is I feel the CVs know and they still want to do what they want to do. I don't understand their own callousness for the story they have created, the couples they have built, and the sentiments of fans... but I guess its a fact that will never change. I will go back to watching some old episodes and live on...

On the contrary.. KK, everyone here.. well almost.. would agree with you.
I know its unfair, but I'll still bring out 2 tiny incidents that I remember ...
2 interviews.. I guess, one was with Amitabh Bachchan and he told the interviewer that the audience is the king. If they didn't like something, its because the makers did something wrong...
Another was SRK saying similar lines.
And now look at GK.. As a maker she cannot turn a blind eye to audience demand. this kind of arrogance for someone of her stature beats me. Also that over zealous vendetta against her own audience , her own created characters, her own pairings is so weird.

Hmm fresh story?Am reeling from the stench of their Season 3's "Fresh SaHil Love story".That was a rip off of Uttaran and Simar tracks.Trying to figure out which one Season 4's story based?Jodha Akbar's meaningless black magic tracks or some other show?

@Juhi, thanks.
I said that coz I was arguing not against death or leap itself, and even said they are okay as long as story and characters have been given justice. I didn't think in the environment many would agree.

But yeah the fact that SaHil fans do agree shows that this is about what she has done the past four months or so, and the utter disregard to the character--not to mention the continued bleaching and shoving in our faces of a delusional liar who took advantage of a amnesiac woman as a romantic hero and at expense of the male lead and pair.
