Chapter 2

I could see all those precious memories lying at my feet scattered around the floor. " who is she?" ethen spoke softly as he could read my tear stricken face. "tell me asad who is she" he said picking up a picture in which i was hugging her sideways and she was making a fun face.

There were about some fifty photographs which she had collected and made a collection album which she named as our love treasure ,it was my birthday surprise when she acted as she had forgot it all day and surprised me at the night at my home.

How excited she looked that night when she lied to her parents about a night study with her friend and gave me a birthday surprise ,it was that night when we made love for the first time ,how shy she was when the quilt just slipped off her breast .Alas! it was all gone she left him ,forever.

"ethen can i just join you guys in pub tonight?" i asked him suddenly not knowing whether it was right or wrong ,i just dint want to think about her anymore if she can live her life then so can i.

MUMBAI

Ayaan residency :

" tara and zeba both just finish your food without any tantrums otherwise nobody will get their colouring books" warned humeria to her 3 yrs old twin daughters. "taada im here" came a happy chirping voice , she was dressed in a black pencil cut denim and a crisp crop top with high pony tied with a scarf and her very dazzling smile and her unforgettable kohl eyes.

Zoya was cousin sister of humeria and only daughter to her parents . she was mass media graduate basically from delhi who shifted back to Mumbai a couple of years ago as the editor and column writer in a popular magazine. She managed to settle in the new city with help of humeria and ayaan who took the responsibility of convincing her parents .she had her two bff in Mumbai named aisha and haidier. Aisha was the sweet pudding type gril who was now happily married and haidier was a play boy who would never get hitched to one particular girl, though he was great friend indeed but still zoya knew that "they "could never happen . zoya was highly independent and fun loving girl who was still in search of her mr.right.

"zoya thankfully you are on time , i was waiting for you sweety" saying humeria took zoya in a warm embrace

"so why did you call me anything important ?" zoya asked munching few chips sitting across the sofa and engrossed in her phone. "actually i was going to the mall and trust me i asked help to all the possible people but all are busy and ayaan will be coming late tonight" humeria blabbered changing the cushion covers "ok im all ears go on" nodding her head to continue while she was still engrossed in her phone "so actually i need someone to take care of my babies and who can do that more well without my baby sister" she said coaxing zoya and winking at her.

Zoya giggled "its ok babe i can take care of my lovely niece by the way ,why do you want to go to mall so hurriedly "

" yeah because i need to buy some homecare products and new curtains and cushions for guest room ,actually asad is coming tomorrow "she said casually.

Zoya finally popped her head up sparing the mobile screen for a minute "asad ?? i mean the same asad who is ayaan's best friend " "yes" humeria replied meekly " i mean the same asad who came here two years ago?" "yes zoya its the same asad ,whats wrong with you?" she muttered annoyed " no actually he sometimes replies to my mail but he never said that he is heading back to india " "so you guys chat often ?" humeria asked suspiciously "don't get any ideas humi he is just so not interested types all cant be as lucky as you with such a loving husband lovely kids and settled life"

" yeah i know but sometimes i feel i could have stilled enjoyed my life a little more , i mean im just tired of my boring life " she sat across the sofa with a sulking face. "hey is everything fine between you and ayaan " zoya asked worried. "ya its all fine but its just that he is too busy anyway il head to mall " and she left to mall leaving a grinning zoya who just couldn't stop thinking about asad being back to india well actually being back in her life.
