What do u think about the execution of the character jannat by surbhi?

Jannat was not written well. It was alright for her to sing and dance at a wedding...but the cutiepie act she pulled off with Shaad...Just didn't work. They should have kept her to herself, and made Shaad fall for her gracefulness. It would have been a beautiful track, then. They tried to make a rom com out of it, and it looked shocking to a section of the viewers.

I think I enjoyed Sultan falling for MB- if he did at all(since I didn't watch MB reg)- ...Even Madhu was a little confusing there...but acceptable since RK had rejected her. Here. Jannat looked pathetic acting a rom com with Shaad when Ahil was crying out his heart. It was very poor writing...I hope the makers learned some thing from it.

I watched MB and they got Madhu to give a long lecture on why she did what she did,when she sheltered him home and all. Tho' i was anti-Sultan, the track was logical.

The Cvs have learnt one thing and that is to repeat the same thing, try to force feed everything with rom-com flavour.

Shame on Gul's team, actually. They messed up the whole Pak track. Surprised...since usually ST is the one who messes up royally.😆

They made a big mistake. They wanted a LIGHT HEARTED TRACK at the beginning of the new season...Then they should have shown Ahil trying to move on too..with some social work...connecting to an orphan kid..or something. Would have balanced out then. What they did instead was so horrible. And at the end of it they massacred the whole Pak cast!

Not everything can be made light of right?They are doing the same post McLeadganj too.

This is not a dark/ adult comedy genre. But that's how their attempts to romanticise every situation comes out.

Now that Ahil and Sanam are in the same frame, and Ahil is not crying and pining...it cannot be as bad as Pak track. 😊...I hope.

Even with Chudail back in IM...the mood is up.

Attempts at romanticisation...falls flat quite often, I agree.

jannat character was dumbed down right from the season 3 to make major shady look great , she is no where near to amnesiac patients, such patients are subtle, confused, introverts and have side effects and nightmares from their past .. here jannat's character was nothing of that sort, infact she was developed to make shaad start liking her , so that they can blame sanam responsible for making shaad love her, with her crazy antics and clinging nature .. for neutral viewers , shaad is dood ka dhula , whose intentions were right, he can never do wrong, all he does is save jannat , crap 🤢

butchering of characters is fine, to make a character into new personality so as to make shaad look great is unacceptable !! they have to decide whom they want as lead, if they want Aahil as lead then , why cant they show shaad as a grey character who is interested in sanam/jannat ? cv's doesnt care about how awefully they are developing their charcaters, for them its all about trps and drama quotient .. shaad was supposed to be a grey shaded character right from start, all they did was show him great mahaan major , who has a reason for what he does, why he does .. its becoming redundant now ...
