He is wrong! Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! She held his hand and for whatever reason he said to close it. It is not excusable at all. It doesn't even make any sense.Oh, Shashi Kapoor will find it and out his secret, perhaps? Tell Jannat the truth? 😆 Is he worried that in her state it's not good for her to hear the truth? Are these the excuses? And he is continuing on this charade with no issues.

It didn't look sickening (to me, at least)

It looked like he was terrified and panicking at seeing her like that.

That HUG? Ugh... I hated it. It made me feel ill.

You know I have issues with Jannat and her vacant self.

It should be a cautionary tale, her naive trusting despite no recollection of anyone whatsoever.

I only see a Predator who is using a women for his own benefit. Keeping her with no identity as "Jannat". The identity that HE gave her. "Cancel the report", clearly indicates that he made a "Choice". I don't believe all this "Spur of the moment" stuff. There is nothing spur of the moment about it. Is he a "Child" to act on impulse like this? He is a trained solider. He has committed a crime against this women. THAT is what he did by cancelling the report.

I really think he was about to leave the ambulance to deal with that call from the officer, about her missing person report. He stood up already.

But that grab she made for his hand?

it said, "Don't go. Stay with me please..."

Why did he say, "Cancel the report ? "

WHy not, "Not right now, I'll call you back, We'll right in the middle of something here..."

He better have a conscience attack soon.

He is a selfish man who wants to keep this women "Trapped" with him with lies and through fraud. HE is the only one who knows she is not Jannat, and he is using it to his FULL advantage! I cant believe they play songs and try to show the exploitation of a women as "Romantic". Sickening.

True. Just because he is a cute person, doesn't make the GIANT error of judgement he made about Jannat okay.

This is not love. It is not even Lust! It is clear obsession! The man is obsessed! He has effectively "Kidnapped" a displaced women without identity and now keeping her trapped without ever being able to be found! I bet next he will start to take advantage of her too. We will soon see a Suhaag Raat! Coz now he intends to keep her with him, why would he keep distance? It's not like he has morals that prevent him? The man is nothing but a predator and a pervert! So I have NO sympathy for anything he faces in future! Heartbreak? Please! The man is a criminal! No better than someone like Faiz! His actions are a SHAME to the Army and I hope to see him court-marshaled and then JAILED!

I don't know if its lust, or love or even obsession.

The interpersonal characterization between Shaad and Jannat has been weak and unengaging to me. I don't see their relationship as something gripping.

All we've seen is misunderstanding because of that FIRST lie and second hand memories of Aahil superimposed upon Shaad.

Nothing even remotely CUTE about him! Shaad is a man who has no morals and is a predator and such men belong in JAIL, not Pedestals!

He is in this delusion that he is the only one who can keep Jannat safe.

Maybe he hangs on to this delusion until she regains her own memories.

Then will be his come uppance.

So he may have cancelled the report because he didn't want " Shashi Kapoor" to find out Jannat isn't who she says she is... plausible.

But it didn't look like that.

It looked like he wanted to create a bubble around Jannat. One where only he can go in and out.

it would have looked better if he made the missing report a covert one, or taken it up himself instead of official lines.

His lines are always contradictory, " I know "Us" is a lie, but my feelings for you are true."

All leaning towards misguided unhealthy "Saviour- Victim" dynamics.
