This is the main problem here,,,,,, all of the future actions of Jannat will be dependent on that.

Just like KK said, the issue here is not if she commits adultery or not! IF she CHOSE it herself, then at least we know she had a say in it! Women cheat on their husband and husbands cheat on their wives! Not good. But it does happen! Even in fiction it is shown! But this is not a typical EMA.

This women Sanam met with an accident, lost her memory and was displaced! As army officer saved her by claiming to be her husband! In her vulnerable state she believed him! He didn't know then that she had memory loss! But when he DID find out, at the same time he found out she is important to his mission! So instead of enlightening her of the truth, he chose to hide it from her!

THIS is the issue! It is from this point, that everything starts to unravel! She comes to a strange house, stops this mans marriage and claims to be his wife! She creates a huge tamasha and embarrass his whole family, and gets a women ditched at the alter! But Shaad insetad of clarifying the truth, lest the lie stand! He does this to escape marriage with Misbah and also have an excuse to keep Sanam with him. (So he makes a calculated choice to shaft both these women).

The issue here is that a serious matter of an amnesiac women being mislead and fooled is being shown in a romcom style narration! This is not a romcom at all! Sanam / Jannat has no power and no choice in what happens to her! She is at the total mercy of Shaad and his relatives! She dosent know who she is and where she comes from! Her behaviour is also odd? She never questioned why her own father in law didn't recignise her when she first realised he was Shaad's father! She has to date not questioned Shaad about her family? She has made No attempt to understand why she does not have any memories of her life? Also why did she and Shaad marry in secret? So many questions and she does not consider ANY of it! That is why most say she acts like an OTT clingy bimbo and does not seem to use her brains at all! So un Sanam like!

The whole issue hinges on Shaad's lack of honesty! It has to be accepted that he is wrong! But just coz you think someone is cute that is not a good enough reason to approve of ALL their actions! Shaad is doing something wrong and the consequences of his actions will be VERY serious for this unknown women! He needs to take that into consideration! He can't escape his moral obligation to this women for long! How she is being fooled is not romantic and he needs to come clean!

These two have had 2 weeks worth of scenes! Personally I find it too premature to ship them! Relationships should take time to develop and that has usually been the case on these shows! But in this case, coz of the lie of marriage, they have started acting like a couple from day dot! So it's giving a misleading picture! The reality is quite different!

You cannot or rather should not start any kind of love angle where the basis is one wherein which a character has no agency.

Look, if amnesiac Sanam was in on the act of fake marriage for whatever reason, and she fell for him in that situation there would not be a problem. But no, the basis for this is one where she is under a lot and false assumptions and deliberately lied to regarding her situation. It is in no way cute or romantic. Whatever is happening is happening, the foundation is one which she has never had any agency.
