And her excuse was so flimsy...it took me some time to realise that was the only way she could convince him...but how far from the truth it was!- That she was burning it for HIS SAFETY..when it was for the SAFETY OF HER SISTER! 😲 What right did she have!- To burn his childhood memories!😭 I stand by Aahil in this scene.😳 (For God's sake, he used to write the tiniest bit detail in that...😳..such a sweet kiddo! Awww...🤗)

😆

And I stand by Sanam. She did the right thing burning the diary. A life is at stake.

@bold - Sorry to disagree Soup. 🤗But, gentlemen don't raise their hands on the gentler sex. And normal men on seeing a truth being destroyed, go run and save the truth from being destroyed. They don't wait at an arms length watching the truth being destroyed and then run and raise their hands.

It was weak writing, I know.

Gita,

TRUST ISSUES:
Until Sanam tackles it head on, she is not going to be successful...and very sadly, the whole blame is going to fall on Aahil..He asked a question and she tried to answer another question...which he hadn't even asked. There is disconnect between the question and answer...But since her answer was so tediously written, she gets full marks for it. That is actually not fair!

Then again, TRUST...and BLIND TRUST...

Aahil has blind trust in Ammi..definitely not what he needs to have with Sanam. Until Sanam explains fully well...it is important to communicate- the guy deserves it.

If it was a sister's life, SHE SHOULD HAVE SAID WHAT IT WAS ABOUT...NOT CONFUSED HIM FURTHER...Her sister's life is more important than his brother's death..his life is not more important than avenging his brother's death...The guy needs to know the real reason. If Rehaan died for him, he is NOT GOING TO COWER DOWN FOR FEAR OF HIS LIFE..He needs to do justice to the boy who died in his place.

He was held back by Tanveer and was confused that she'd burn it like that...Disbelief..By the time he understood and ran it had already been destroyed...The truth behind his father's death- the chance to avenge his brother's,- the justice to be delivered a woman who was wrongly imprisoned- it all went with the diary. I will not applaud his reaction, but I can connect with it...much like Asad felt when his mom almost died.😊

Gita! How are you?
I didn't watch the 'almost slap' but got mixed reviews.

In any case, God... I have to believe it was love.

Love that is blind (more blind than anything out anyone, including those that have magically got their sight back); love that is also deaf and mute, it seems.

But love nonetheless.

Way forward? We can only guess...

She certainly couldn't have said what it was about with Tanveer standing right behind there. Of course she could've caught him alone later and spilled the truth - That his ammi is holding her twin to ranson --> But does she have any proof?
But again it all comes down Sanam's dialog - Ahil wont believe in me without proof.

Its not about Ahil raising his hand or Sanam choosing her twin over a diary. Its about Sanam's absolute belief that Ahil needs proof to believe.

Ahil can blindly trust his ammi. And his ammi trusts Ahil will believe whatever she says. Now that's double trust from both sides.
Sanam doesn't believe Ahil will even trust her. Even though she loves him crazy. There is no trust here.

We will never come to know whether Ahil would've believed her or not. But she believes he wouldn't have. That's my concern - the lack of trust, from both sides.

Asad - Asad didn't feel the need to slap Tanveer when his love almost died at her hands. He showed lots of restraint then. But with Zoya, he freely dispensed his anger. Anyways lets not get there. A lot of water has passed through. Let come back to present.

Ahil - Well if his ammi held him back, and the diary was important enough to raise his hands on Sanam, then it was important enough to shrug off his ammi and stop it before it burnt to ashes.

Sorry Soup, I cannot connect to it. They have dumbed down Ahil to insane levels. And Junoon just breathed its last.😉 Good luck to them if they can revive it. Or even better show all this as Ahil's plan to catch Tanveer red handed. Whatever, they need to focus a good deal less on negativity and stick to characterisations. Not make dumb puppets out of characters.

Hi T🤗

Am Fine.
Love can blind, deaf, dumb, without brain, with any and every handicap. But without trust??

The only way forward I can see is begin it from scratch.

You are better off not knowing what's happening. The interest in Qh is declining faster than I imagined it would.😆
Im mighty pissed off with constant negativity and glorifying evil and all sufferings and death reserved for the good.
