Took the certificate to Billi and Billi told them to keep it back inside because she feels it's time to oust Rehaan as her son and gain Aahil's loyalty even more by telling him the same sob story she told Rehaan. With added detail of how Nawaab was against Rehaan and made her promise he will be kept as a servant and not as a son. She sacrificed her love for her son for Aahil. Blah blah. It's going to backfire on team SSR spectacularly, mark my words. But, yes, Aahil will stop thinking that his mom doesn't hide anything from him. He will realize that she has secret that he is unaware of. Also, I am pretty sure, Rehaan will be embraced as his brother from now on. Which I am glad about. I am tired of the scavenger rats KK calling him as a servant.
About Sanam and SeHaan. I think Sanam looked shocked because she didn't want Rehaan to be hurt by the certificate. Or him to stop them using him as an ace to bring down his own mom. It wasn't because he suddenly came in and saw the twins together. I am pretty sure Sanam was in the loop that Rehaan is in their team because she also knows that Rehaan is Billi's son. However, I don't think she knows about SeHaan yet. She must think he is Seher's friend, like he is hers.
