Never in my life have I seen doctors, especially Surgeons (who have Egos, capital E) bow to patients and oblige them by dressing up and doing surgery in a rich patients house... *facepalm* why do they treat their audience like idiots? ! 😡
But looks like Tanveer has had surgery done and she's well. They had better remember she had a stone eye on the left!

But buoyant by his mother's apparent coming around and apology, he wants to shower her with love. Like throwing her a Mother's Day party ... in January. Fine...
Everyday is Mother's Day hai na?
He looks for old photos in the storeroom and Sanam finds him alone there. Finally, she thinks, I have a chance to speak to him. But as she watches him rummage through boxes, she spots a box about to fall on his head.
A box full of old memories about to bash him on the head.
She jumps to save his head, but jumps on him instead. Much better sensation than a concussion. ..😆
He is stunned. He just wished for her back a week ago and here she was in his arms. Who was holding whom? Aahil stares at her intently, wondering what she was doing flying at him like that. Saving him from dangerous whacks on the head.
They look close enough for a deep smooch. God knows he looked like he wanted to...
but...
The darned phone rings... (funny how a hippy snappy Samsung Note has a retro Nokia ring tone...) The moment is gone.
She picks herself up ,discovering that it was he who broke her fall after all. He gets up , found what he was looking for and walked out with a sideways glance at her.
Sanam finds a birth certificate. . Hidden among the old things. .. things that were going to bash Aahil on the head. REHAN'S. Clearly states that Tanveer is his mother. Sanam is shocked and takes it to Seher .
Aahil meets Rehan, talking about giving his Ammi a party, to show her how much he loved and appreciated her in his life. The old photos bring back a painful memory for Rehan.
A little boy, watching his own mother shower another boy with love and attention he craved. I cried for that little boy. So heartbreaking.
the wound is still raw. He vows to expose his mother's greed. He goes in search of the twins. And he finds them plotting over a crumpled old piece of paper.
Sanam looks momentarily shocked that he knows of them both, but little time is wasted on her reaction to the link between Rehan and Seher. Understood, I suppose...
Seher quietly hands over the paper, after promising to never keep secrets and lie to him ever again. He looks at it determinedly, wanting to use it to expose the "Wonderful Mother" to all once and for all.
As Aahil had told him to wait for some exclusive jewelry for Ammi, they plan to sneak that paper in the box with it. The box ends up in Khalu's locked cupboard and Seher uses her tricks to sneak Rehan into the room to do the switch.
I wasn't crazy about Rehan participating in the game. There I said it. Creeping and skulking around corners isn't Rehan's style. But whatever, GF has rubbed off on him.
How is putting the birthday cert in Tanveer's gift box, a sure fire way of AAHIL finding it?? What if he gave it to her without checking it?
But precap looks promising... Aahil finds A piece of paper in the gift box and demands the truth. "Who are you referring to as SON?"
Truly, I don't think Aahil will be that upset as Nawab Sr. was. After all he would have Rehan as a step brother. Aahil has a big heart, if he knew Rehan's truth, he would accept him arms wide. To think his own mother kept Rehan like that all his life, hidden.
The tortured boy would have found an empathic brother in Aahil. In my head at least.
I mean , why would Aahil be angry? He would probably share every thing! !
But maybe, maybe he would realize this was why Nawab Sr. And his Ammi fought so much back then. Why his father got so mad at him when he tried to be close to his stepmother. ..
Maybe... we'll see...
