Tanveer in problem

In todays episode the lawyer told Tanveer that if harm comes to Aahil's wife Sanam for 1 year property transferred to trust so does that mean that he cannot divorce for a year and Tanveer cant harm her like how that Ghazala tried with Rafiq so does that mean tanveer cannot even make her go in hospital , or anything? Because technically the whole track of kidnapping is harm to Sanam .
