Hope Aahil doesn't misunderstand Sanam but I fear it will happen as before his wedding Sanam(Seher) was indifferent towards him. I think he may believe his Ammi words.

I don't know what the hell the three women are thinking. Go to the venue. You know Tanveer's past actions. Why would you waste time? Everyone is waiting for the bride.

If you want to defend Dilshad and Sunheri's decision to go alone to save Sanam, so that the wedding can be smooth and can go fine, then what is there reason for just wasting time and not going back to the venue where they know a wedding is taking place, should be taking place, is about to take place.

She worries Gafur will leave her and destroy her marriage and respect, so she murders Zainab (Zoya's mother) and left Zoya at an orphanage.

Zoya reappears in Gafur's life and she brings Tanveer in to help rid her of the threat.
