Now that we all know that seher is a genius when it comes to dodging others by her plans.as she was coming down she had a phone in her hand and was wearing her wedding jewellery. She didn't go out by climbing down any rope she was on the ground floor .
So the point is the girl we saw in the sbs is surely brought by seher to enact in her place until she comes back with sanam. In the precap she isn't wearing jewellery and tanveer is thinking that she has ran away before the wedding.
