Aahil comes out of the room to the sight of Sanam cleaning her own wounds (Tanveer had stepped on her hand earlier). It tears him apart, to see her in pain, and to have no one by her side to help her. He involuntarily goes to her, but is stopped by his earlier resolve.
His resolve that he was bad for her. That he would only make her unhappy. He was planning to let her go...

Aahil forces himself to walk away from Sanam. Sanam calls out to him, but he steels himself and walks away, but watches her cry from afar.
God, so much pain!
Sanam walks into their room to find Tanveer there, not missing a beat. Cornering them both for their signatures. To sign away their properties and their marriage. Tanveer wants to make a big event of it, to sign them in front of everyone.
She takes Sanam aside and snidely chides her for sneaking about her room and taking the papers away. I could smell your fragrance my dear... She had replaced the papers with fake ones, now no escape for the duo.
She tries to make them sign again but now Sanam has her hand bandaged, A very dangerous Cat had hurt my hand... Much to Tanveer's horror, her aim is yet again stalled.
Meanwhile, a very upset and disgruntled Sunehri rants at her Bappa.
Why did you show me dreams? Why for the first time you tricked me into thinking I had a chance at a decent life with a decent man?
Now I have broken his heart even more. He was broken to start with and now I've made him lose what little hope he had.
