Don't forget Rehaan is the illegitimate son of her son in law.

I may not be shipping SeHaan yet ( I know I'll give in eventually -sigh-) but they're cute to watch! and the reasons you gave are quite normal, that means Sanam and Aahil can have problems too after knowing Tanveer killed Sanam&Seher's mom dad because Aahil idolize s Tanveer.
I don't think Dilshad will mind because I saw her trying to bless Aahil, (She has probably heard by now that Sanam married Aahil) and she knows Aahil is Tanveer's son
Thirdly they are hardly related, Rehan is Imran's son, who is Sanam & Seher's uncle but Rehan isn't related to Najma, who is the Khan sister's aunt. (khichdi I tell you 😆)

I get your first point but as for the second point, DIlshad wouldn't discriminate Rehaan because of his mother. She has never been judgmental. I firmly believe she would accept him.

and not in some Muslim cultures all Muslim cultures it is OK to marry your cousins only if he or she was your brother or sister in breast feeding from the same women
