Cuteness means nothing. It doesn't guarantee positivity. Anyway I still feel that he loves Sanam without any expectations and her well wisher. Tanu might just get pissed at Sanam and try to kill her. Rehan might try to save her and hence the switch.

I just can't imagine an intense Shehzad gritting his teeth, clenching his fists and mouthing heavy duty dialogues 😆. But to be fair to Shehzad I'll wait for it to play out.
