You know what, i think the cvs really tried to make it less Billi,but unfortunately the alternates like Kala-Khalu&Ra-ha-Fa are worse & didn't work out, so they have to resort to the old faithful.

They have to come up with new characters,not necessarily villains to keep the show going.
