Just imagine what those first few minutes would be like.
From clip we see Sanam running beside the stretcher that holds her husband, yelling for him to open his eyes, repeatedly. Her hand covers his. We don't know what else is said... BUT...
The medical team take Dilshad in one room, and Aahil in another. Sanam follows Aahil's stretcher, but as the doctors enter the room, they may close the door on her. They put him on oxygen and bandage him. They send for tests to be done. Meanwhile Sanam is outside the door, screaming, and crying. She probably pounds on the door to let her in, he's her husband, or she probably collapses to the ground devastated. Haya goes to Sanam and embraces her. Dilshad's doctor walks out and says she is fine and is resting. He probably gave her some oxygen.
One of Aahil's physicians emerge and asks for Mrs. Ibrahim. Sanam goes and confirms her identity. Haya holds her hands as the doctor tells her Aahil is not doing well. They have tests done and are waiting for results. But he confirms that Aahil is in critical condition. Sanam falls apart and enters Aahil's room. The doctors and nurses are doing their duties on him. She breaks down in tears. She is left with Aahil, but not before she is provided with a chair at his bedside.
