The upcoming episode of Qubool Hai will bring high voltage drama for Sanam (Surbhi Jyoti) and Tanveer.

Present track shows that Sanam is not leaving single stone unturned to find about her parents Asad and Zoya.

Sanam has doubts that Tanveer knows about her parents but Tanveer refuses for this.

Tanveer is also trying to destroy the evidence which can prove her crime.

Apart from this, Sanam's twin sister Sehar has also entered in the show.

It will now be shown that Tanveer will start to dream that Sanam has known that she (Tanveer) has killed her parents.

Soon, Tanveer may reveal her crime truth to Sanam.

Tany probably fell asleep in the car on the way back to the house and has this nightmare. She probably is speaking in her sleep, "I'm sorry I did it." Or something where she almost confesses but doesn't. Sanam probably shaking her in real to wake her up from her dream.

I am not in favor of Tunveer going 'mad' with hysteria, like Shyaam in IPK...that was very unbelievable after all his plotting and scheming; and in the same vein, after Tunveer's cold-blooded killing, such kind of paranoia is a pill difficult to swallow.

I think Ms. Gul Khan does not know how to depict exposure of villains and their nefarious deeds to the leads and so takes the easy way out into mental breakdown for the villains.

If Tunveer, at any point, had shown even the slightest remorse for her actions, or even had a moment or two of doubt about what she was doing, such kind of mental hysteria may even be acceptable, i.e., her conscience finally overcame her inclinations.
But to show her suddenly afraid of S (and Seh) and about the truth coming out is rather incredulous.

It is the same thing she did with this 'twin' thing...
One episode of showing S with some unexplained bruises, and voila! We have twin-syndrome.😕

She really needs to read some novels so she can copy *cough cough*...ahem...be inspired by them to show good denouements to villains.
