Distasteful.
That seems to be the word a few of us have been using regarding Faiz-Haya.
Are they really going to show a woman being stuck in a marriage wherein which she had no clue who the husband is? Are we really going to have to deal with this being treated as 'valid' for however period of time?
And then there's the added layer that Haya is deaf. Think about the implications. Think about what this means. You are going to subject a deaf girl to a marriage wherein which she didn't know whom she was marrying due to her inability. Because any other way, no matter what convoluted misunderstandings lead Haya to that point, and Rahat to the point of going along with this marriage (he may be mistaken and thinks Haya is agreeing to/wants Faiz--which by the way makes little sense but that's neither here nor there), it comes down to the point that Haya would've been made aware of whom she is marrying, but because of her disability that is taken from her.
Haya-Rahat BOTH actually do like each other. So we are going to see her being stuck married to his brother due to a mistake and to which she never actually agreed or gave her consent?
What. The. Hell?
Please. I hope like anything Haya finds out somehow and the marriage doesn't happen.
