Well as much I would like to condemn Aahil for his action. First I would watch the episode then give my POV on this topic. I think Aahil did this b'cos he saw Sanam with Rehaan and he saw him wiping his tears. Going by KVB and SJ's interview, I'm assuming that Aahil is too very excited to show off his wife to his close friends, as he loves Sanam and despite their differences he wants his friends to meet th love of his life, his most prized possession and here I do not mean Sanam as a commodity or object. It just means to show that how crazy Aahil is for Sanam. He may act rudely to her when alone but all the coochie-cooing, hugging and pampering is not just for the world to show, but he also gets the chance to live in the short moment of happiness and express his feelings for Sanam indirectly without feeling guilty or fear of revealing his true feelings for her. As he already said "Main chahe jitna natak kar lo, tum kabhie apni Aukat mat bhulna" So it seems that Aahil desperately wanted Sanam to meet his close friends and instead he is greeted with such a scene where Rehaan as usual is too close to Sanam for Aahil's discomfort and they are beyond hearng range, giving no idea to Aahil what they are discussing. Sanam was sharing her dead Parent's Identity crisis and to know them better woes. But how the hell Aahil is to understand this thing?? Sanam could have shared this thing with Aahil. I mean she can stop him from drinking by saying that she is his wife. Then damn start sharing things like wife. You take the first initiative if you want to see improvement in him. Why go and share your pathos with Rehaan whm you don't give time of your day but only remember him when in distress or is it Rehaan's bad timing of intruding whenever you are alone and to seek opportunities to talk to you so that he can be near you. And God is he blessed with good timing and thanks to old rapport with Sanam, that she feels comfortable discussing such matters with Rehaan. Well so Aahil walks upon this scene of Rehaan wiping his wife's tears and standing too close and doind the act so very passionately. This aggravate his anger a notch higher and cries revenge. He loses all his senses in anger and he wants to show Sanam, that he is no less. He wants to bring home a point that he is so much more superior to her in every department. If he wants h can have flings too just like her even after being married. His charms have not died off.So he showoff's his popularity, his status, his position in front of friends and Sanam by bringing her down. Which naturally will prove the point that how much different he is from Sanam and how much superior he is thn her. Next the dance was just to vent out his frustration and all also to show her that Aahil is socially active and knows a thing or two about such things which are considered to be the life of party where as she is a novice. Next was the charm of Aahil still being alive in girl's hearts and they still falling for him was proved by him dancing with other girl. But it seemed that Sanam was too stupid to register such things or for her at this moment her Parents were still lurking in her thoughts that is why when she discovers the hidden passage behind the painting she couldn't wait till Aahil friends have gone or for the next day. She immediately calls for Rehaan's help to know what is hidden behind the secret passage which irritates Aahil even more. When you are on the receiving end of jealousy. When you love someone so much that it hurts to not have them with you, even after getting hitched to them in every legal way possible and yet you seem to notice that the person is still giving more importance to other person aftr marriage then you are tend to behave like this. This wouldn't have happened if Sanam would not have ignited the flame of hope in Aahil's heart by saying "MAin aapki biwi hoon Aahil" this very words gav hope to Aahil that Maybe, Just maybe he has a chance to capture Sanam's heart only to be crushed in the next moment by the extreme closeness of Sanam and Rehaan. If I would have been in Aahil's place I would have strangled Rehaan or for once and for all, called them both in a room and sorted these things by talking to them clearly and wouldn't have let Rehaan go, until he opened his mouth and spitted out all the venom which is bothering him and came clear in front of Sanam and wuld have loved to see Sanam's reaction to all this things.
P.S. Well my post got long and in case if I had still not made my point hen I will spell it out clearly for those who wants to know weathr I'm pro Aahil or against him, then I want to tell I'm Pro Aahil in this situation. He is not wrong. And I'm not saying his b'cos I like KVB. Well yes that maybe one of the reason. But still I think when blinded by jealousy this is how a normal person behaves and the person is bound to lash out his anger on the person on whom he considers his right. No matter how much we argue that Aahil does not gives importance to this marriage. But the truth is he does considers this marriage the biggest truth of his life or else he wouldn't have bothered acting in front of Lawyer. B'cos Aahil gives a damn about the property paper being transferred to his name. He saw the opportunity and he captured it. He was well aware of Rehaan standing there behind them when he was going all romantic over Sanam and when they walked out of there hand in hand he compelled Rehaan to make way for them my moving aside. It's an indication that in future Aahil will make Rehaan back out and move aside compelling him to accept the truth that Sanam belongs only to Aahil and not with him. No matter how much ever Aahil acts out to be a meanie in front of Sanam to teach her a lesson for marrying him for the sake of money. He can't be out and out rude to her in menacing way. He will feel guilty when alone. Yes I know feeling guilty when alone and still not voicing it out and saying simple sorry to Sanam and acknowledging his mistake and being regretful is no way of redemption. But TBH how many people ask sorry after being rude to their parents, friends, siblings, children and spouses??? Esp. Husbands. Sometimes we tend to take our loved ones for granted. Aahil considered Sanam as his, and this hope was ignited in him with Sanam's famous lines from yesterday's episode.
