I don't think Rehan will tell him any time soon.He still hasn't heard it from Sanam and going by Baba's prediction S would want to stay in the marriage after knowing the truth, to protect Ahil & for justice for her clan's murder.Plus, it was not even a verbal contract Sanam made with Tanveer, she was just given an exit option & was free to stay or leave.

Sanam has the option to stay back. I really wish that no such clause is added in the paper which Tanveer made sign before their marriage.

Sanam would have an option to stay back for revenge when she comes to know the truth and if Tanveer also comes to know the truth, may be we can see an open fight between the two just like Zoya and Tanveer had and this time I really hope to see Sanam wins and Tanveer's endgame

If Sanam's truth is out, then there is no point in hiding three months marriage. Because Tanveer will want to kill her .

Or may be they can use it a trump card if Sanam decides to stay back...But hiding it from Aahil is definitely pushing Rehaan into grey shade.

I don't know whether they are planning to end QH but if they are planning so, I would say it would be the biggest blunder
