I think Sanam started expecting long before. It was cleared in that mud filled shoes scene. It's only verbally she acknowledged her expectations. yep! absolutely true!👍🏼

I don't know whether I think or it was presented that way: When Aahil entered he saw Sanam's eyes and guessed everything and acted accordingly.

The words the lines were so true that sanam herself was cconfused as to what is happening. Hope sanam is seen in a delima trying to figure out if the Mohabbat part was true or not as the rest of the story was true.

yes indeed sanam does expect from aahil otherwise she wudnt have been hurt this much... she is not realizzing y is he affecting him so much.. but he does... n yeah v all r so obssessed with aahil v sometimes dont empathize with sanam but according to her viewpoint her reaction to aahil is also justified... theek hai he saved her life n now hes in love but previouslyy he had insulted her v badlyy...n it will need a long time before she wud b able to forget their interctions...
