Or maybe he's staying back because he sees how low his mother is stooping. Why haven't we seen him say anything? To me it seemed like he couldn't believe what she was saying. Either he can't believe how low his mother is stooping, or he can't believe Sanam would do this, or both. But him staying back doesn't mean that he is agreeing to Tanveer. it's just that now he has new information which has caused him to rethink and change his actions.
If he is agreeing to what she said, he's now taking part in Tanveer's evil plots implicitly, and that would make him grey too.
He is not wrong for accepting that if Sanam will leave Aahil--with it truly being a contract marriage for both of them--he would want a life with her. But he would be wrong for waiting around for that to happen and expect it as a given that Sanam will be his. Not only that he is even more wrong because he knows the truth of his mother and what is her plan after three months.
Possible. But unlike aunt+ucle and Nida, story has not shown R doing any behind-Tunveer's-back schemes to overrule his mother...so I doubt. Soap is not made as a who-dun-it-thriller...everything is shown to the audience so I think R is staying back only for S. He stayed because of hope offered, no matter how false.I think the real drama will be 3-months of marriage later...when Tunveer assumes she has gotten the property and reveals her real son...I cannot see S ever going away with R knowing he knew that and kept quiet, especially knowing what his mother was planning...she would have no respect for him.She would choose to stay with ARI.But this is where the gray character of R comes into play...he may realize that he stands to lose his ladylove if he does not foil his mother's plans somehow and so may throw a monkey wrench in Tunveer's plans.Regardless, I cannot see S leaving with R simply because she will come to know that he knew about Tunveer and did not in some way either tell or do something about it.Jayne
