She doesn't know, He doesn't know. I think Sanam is confused. When Ahil is arrogant and mean, she get mad. And when he tries to be nice, She gets mad. Itna confusion. Mera sard toh bahut dard ho raha hain.

It will be such a treat to see Sanam getting bitten by the love bug and falling for Ahil. All the feelings that's going to make her go crazy. She get the trait from Asad. Blocks out all feelings like love to focus on providing for Dilshad and Haya. When she finds Ahil, they set foot off on the wrong part and then when things happen the right way, she doesnt see it at first. But she cares about him.
