Unlike other shows where people don't talk to each other and simply assume things, at least in QH2 they talk. Shout, more like it, but whatever...😛.
I read a lot of in-between the lines today.
I read that:
- For ARI the marriage is real - as he told Tunveer; he believes in the sanctity of marriage and the commitment to one's partner, etc.
Tunveer, as usual, was frustrated at such thoughts coming from someone she has molded...but one forgets, Nature vs. Nurture...Nature usually always triumphs.
(And no, Nature has nothing to do with 'blood', inheritance, etc.)
It has been established that ARI's nature is one of loving and protecting his family and not being able to see injustice anywhere.
So, to him, the injustice is in the fact that he is married to his love who also happens to be someone else's love...and (as he believes) she loves him back.
So his Nature and Nurture (Tunveer's teachings) are at war within himself.
S, on the other hand, has a clear head on her shoulders...she is not a romantic, dreamy, clingy sort of person...
(ARI, is actually all of the above - Note how he clings to his 'Mom', and his sisters, even R... When he actually has a wife with whom he can share that love, he will cling the hardest!)
S is practical and she saw the only way out, regardless of her teachings...Nature vs. Nurture - her nature of being responsible for others vs. teachings by Dilshaad...her nature won.
R is also good by nature, and while the teachings by Tunveer appear to have no affect on him, for now, his nature - that of wanting a love-filled life with S - has made him listen to those teachings...so he is giving in to that and waiting...
And here is the thick soup that Ms. Gul Khan has brilliantly served up:
- Giving in to both his nature and nurturing, ARI will try to keep away from S and at the same time be helpless against the draw he feels toward her.
- S's nature is to forgive and move on and she will eventually see the good in ARI, especially as Dilshaad's nurturing comes into play.
- R will keep hoping and long for his love but the nurturing will rear its ugly head now and then.
He is the pivotal character on whose whim the tide will turn.
Will they divorce?
Will S discover her love for ARI, but too late?
Will R marry her only to divorce her for ARI?
Will all this mess take place, or will Ms. Gul Khan stand up for progressiveness and R will stop the first divorce in time?
Who knows?
(I am rooting for the last.) 👏👏 I loved your demonstration! 👍🏼
you have pointed the most important parts brilliantly. 😃 and the above underlined parts are bang on! i completely agree.
and same here. i dont want a divorce plot! i want all this misunderstanding to be sorted out in time. and unite Saahil. 😳
But for now, waiting for the end of the remaining two months already. he he he...
No, I am not...I want to see the falling-in-love for S.
