I don't think anything like that will happen.. Sure he will be sad and angry but he knows Sanam doesn't love Aahil. He knows his mother well and he might realize that this was a game played by Tanveer.. And maybe Sanam herself will tell Rehan since she thinks him to be her friend. All I am worried about is Aahil. I mean how will he react.. Happy that he is married to the girl he loves? Or sad that she doesn't love him? He might be the one turning negative..
